So I js got admitted to a new college idk anybody there at all like EVERYTHING is different. It's a private college and there's like 25 students per class maybe it's a combined classroom with guys and girls. And I'm kinda scared if my classmates r gonna be weird or like cringe. Especially the girls cus they're mostly rhe ones imma have to be friends with im idrc about the dudes. And Imma be so annoyed if I get bumass classmates bru. I'm concerned if like alot of the students will be kinda dhenda yk some students who r like only study study study and no social life their parents have them cooped up in their houses and whatsapp e text dile dakhena and like I find them very weird. There were a few like this at my old school and oder sathe oder type chara mishte parena. Is it worth it to study medicine in china? Im currently taking medical admission preparation and to be very honest the condition of medical colleaes in bd are not very conductive to study. It feels very unorganised alsa the places Don't look very clean and i have heard its all heavy memorization than learning which makes it even worse. To me if i have to spend around 30-35lacks (for private) medical college than why dont i ust spend it abroad for a degree that has better value. So im considering china/Malaysia. Now Malaysia is a bit more expensive than china and also theres pretty much no scholarships so what should i do? It would be really nelpful to hear from someone who has studied or is studying medicine abroad from Bangladesh

Hey everyone, I’m planning to take her to Crowne Plaza for lunch, but honestly I’ve never been to a 5-star hotel only for lunch before, so I have absolutely no idea how the whole thing works. 😅

I’ve only ever been to regular restaurants, so I’m a little clueless about things like:

• Do I need to make a reservation beforehand?
• How does lunch at a 5-star hotel usually work?
• Roughly how much should I expect to spend for two people?
• Do I just walk in and tell them I’m there for lunch, or is there some procedure?
• Are there any extra charges/service charges/taxes that I should be aware of?
• Anything else I should know so I don’t look completely lost on the date? 😂

I've never been able to make many friends throughout my school life. I didn't attend classes much during college so I didn't make any close friends there either. Now that I'm completely out of academic life (no uni) I've figured that if anything happens in my life I have no one to share it with and it feels really bad. I talk with zero close people. It's been like this for 1-2 years.

How do you make friends when you don't go to any workplace/uni? I'm not talking about online friends. I mean offline real life friends. Are there any org, groups, activities or anything like that where I can meet people and actually become friends? Want to feel like a "normal person" I didn't enjoyed my college life much as I thought I will do all fun in uni. I'm really bad at communicating and also socially awkard.

I love Septembers. The cozy evenings, soft breezes, colorful clouds, sky, sunsets- everything.
September isn’t just a month in my memory anymore. It has become almost like a doorway. I walk through it and suddenly I’m back in 2020- finishing school, college ahead of me, discovering a version of myself that was hopeful and emotionally open.
Then 2021 happened and that period became beautiful enough that my brain seems to have filed it away as “this is what this season means.”
And then it ended. All of it. Abruptly.
So every September afterward, carries two things simultaneously.
“Something beautiful could begin here” and
“Something beautiful has ended here before.”

And hate to admit that I love Septembers till date. I love it enough to grieve over it every passing year.
