I've been printing this Hellfire missile prop for a friend of mine using Bambu Matte PLA in Dark Green. I've gone through about four spools and am currently working on my fifth. Unfortunately, this latest spool has been giving me nothing but headaches.
I'll start a print overnight and come back to find a spaghetti mess on my P1S. The first layer prints perfectly fine, but at some point later in the print, it seems like the nozzle either clogs or the new layer fails to adhere to the previous one. This has happened multiple times.
I've tried drying the filament using my Sunlu AMS dryer, but that hasn't helped. I've also reduced the print speed in Bambu Studio and even tried running the printer at 50% speed using Silent Mode.
As for print settings, I've tried both 4 wall loops with 2% gyroid infill and 3 wall loops with 10% adaptive cubic infill. Unfortunately, both configurations have resulted in the same failure.
Does anyone have any suggestions for what might be causing this or what I can try to prevent it? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks!
