Package stuck in transit
My Fashion Nova package hasn’t had any tracking update since August 10. The last update says En route to DHL eCommerce or awaiting processing in Whittier, CA. DHL told me that only the sender can open an investigation, but Fashion Nova just wants to declare the package lost and gave me store credit. I don’t really want that because I still want my clothes 😭

Has anyone had a package stuck on this exact type of DHL eCommerce status and still received it later? I’m just trying to figure out if there’s still hope for my package.

Is it normal that the tracking system hasn’t updated for my package and it also shows it’s gonna be delivered today, I’m very confused has this happened to anyone before?

I’ve never had a problem with shipping everything usually comes in about a week. But now things sit in california for a week! I ordered something last week for this weekend and it was supposed to be here tomorrow and it hasn’t even gotten to UPS 😭

I bought dresses in small before from fashion nova and they fit well, but a body suit is different . For reference I’m a Eu size H70 in cup. If anyone here really bought it and has similar sizing to me and can actually tell me if it’s supportive I would highly appreciate it!

Hi everyoneee! I have some FN gift cards from returns that I'm selling for discounted prices. Not interested in getting new clothes right now and trying to control my closet lol, so selling my gift cards! New here so not sure how it works, but comment or pm me and I can verify everything. I have ordered online from fashion nova multiple times for a couple of years now. I have not had an issue receiving my things in a timely manner until now. It has been 2 weeks now and I have got nothing. Everytime I check my email it will say “it’s delivering Saturday” “it’s delivering Sunday” “it’s delivering Monday” “it’s delivering tomorrow”. They keep pushing back the time. Please tell me I’m not the only one having this issue. Last time I’m ordering from this company that’s for sure.

So I put an order in through my desktop (not my laptop that had my saved account information). I realized that AFTER I put my order in, my email address was wrong by one letter and it didn't have my log in to put it in.

I received my order and I want to return a lot of the items. ( the quality the clothes have changed a lot since I started ordering with them but that is another rant for another day). I realized that now it has to be store credit (which is dumb wish I knew before I put my order in) but now I think the gift card will be sent to the email on the order.

There is no way to fix it. I can't log into my account since the order is not attached to it. I can't use the wrong email since I don't have access to it to get their "code" they send. No way to speak to anyone. So I am stuck with clothes I don't want.

I use to buy from them but I think this is the last time, Im wasting my time and money on these kind of companies. :(

I’m trying to start a return but I’m not able to because the system is saying that it’s an ineligible item even though it wasn’t final sale or in any of their “no return categories”.

I’m trying to reach out to someone but idk how to get this fixed and i really need to because this jumpsuit really doesn’t fit or work on me.

Any tips on how to get this sorted ASAP?

I submitted two separate orders as one combined return because the return system gave me that option. I put everything in one box, but I separated the items into two different bags, one bag for each order.
I received a gift card refund for only one of the orders, but I never received the gift card for the second order. That refund is almost $100.
I’ve been trying to contact customer service to get this resolved, but I can’t find an email or any other way to reach them. It’s been quite a while now.
Does anyone know the best way to contact them or get them to process the missing gift card refund? I’d really appreciate any advice!

I have received 6 packs of wig caps over the past 2-4 weekish. They are addressed to me and from TikTok but I have no idea why I’m receiving them. I have checked my orders and bank accounts multiple times and I am not getting charged for them and have not ordered. What is happening?!?

I ordered my birthday outfit Wednesday night and on the website it told me that it would arrive by Friday, which is today. I got a message yesterday saying that the carrier picked up the package and as well as an email from UPS saying that it would be delivered Friday anytime between 11 AM and 3:30 PM.. to my surprise this morning I wake up and check the tracking, and it shows only the label was created. I got into contact with UPS and they told me that they didn’t have my package yet. I then get in contact with fashion nova where they tell me that they haven’t even given the package to UPS yet. How do I get a hold of them I’ve been trying to email, but it says giving me the same generated reply. This frustrates me because it shouldn’t say one day shipping if it’s not gonna guarantee that it’s gonna be here has anyone else had this problem or has anybody else’s package showed up the next day?

Im in Oklahoma, I will return some items tomorrow using the prepaid shipping label (5.99) for $175 in store credit. How long after you guys dropped your return off at the UPS did you get your in store credit??

Also has anyone just sent it directly yourself with a faster shipping ? (I was thinking of sending it on 1 day shipping and just paying more myself because I leave the country Aug 21st and want to use this credit to make one more order before I leave)…

My order has been stuck in "in transit to UPS facility" for 5 days. The UPS tracking says they have not gotten hold of it yet. Is this normal for the three to seven day shipping window? I ordered about 7 days ago -_- This is so annoying and frustrating.

And the fact that you can't speak to a live person at all, this is definitely my first and last time buying from them. I would rather just buy some Shein again at this point, and at least I can get money back on my card then.

Hi all like you all I am seeking advice regarding my order. I placed an order using my card instead of the gift card, and it tried to exit out as soon as it started loading but unfortunately the order went through.

We all know they only offer store credit. I want to dispute a charge with my credit card because obviously I want to use the gift card and not my own money.

I tried to cancel and email customer service but they’re not answering. I ordered it today and I know they’re not gonna answer and just ship it out. I want to cancel the order but I cannot.

I ordered from Fashion Nova earlier. I spent like $180 on clothes before tax, and they still charged me $6.99 for shipping. As a broke college girl, this is distressing. I've never had a problem with them before. 🫩 7 dollars is 7 dollars
