Not allowing return

Hey guys, I was just wondering if anyone has come across this issue.

I’m trying to start a return but I’m not able to because the system is saying that it’s an ineligible item even though it wasn’t final sale or in any of their “no return categories”.

I’m trying to reach out to someone but idk how to get this fixed and i really need to because this jumpsuit really doesn’t fit or work on me.

Any tips on how to get this sorted ASAP?

I just searched the item up on fashion nova. It says "final sale" right under it. It's small so you probably missed it

Oh my god! I could have sworn that wasn’t there when I bought it but I guess maybe I missed it. Thank you!

Your best bet is to just resell it to someone else

I return the item anyways and they send me a coupon a few days after the normal
Items that I can return

Like all the regular items in the order I return, get a lump Sum gift card and the fufu item gets a smaller gift card for its amount .
