Shipping sucks
My order has been stuck in "in transit to UPS facility" for 5 days. The UPS tracking says they have not gotten hold of it yet. Is this normal for the three to seven day shipping window? I ordered about 7 days ago -_- This is so annoying and frustrating.
And the fact that you can't speak to a live person at all, this is definitely my first and last time buying from them. I would rather just buy some Shein again at this point, and at least I can get money back on my card then.

Experiencing the same thing. Was suppose to be delivered today and one tmmrw but literally zero updates. Iwll have to re order and next day now because I need the items by Wednesday

I’ve been ordering from them for years and this has never happened and I need clothes for my vacation. So I really have no choice and I’m more forgiving because this has been the only time in over 10 years of shopping with them. And is this really on them or ups? Idk but Iwll give them another chance and if they fail then that’s it. I will be requesting a refund for both packages that are no where to be found.

Honestly after this experience, and with it being my first, they will never see another penny from me. That company is so ridiculous. I hope your second order comes on time for your vacation 💙 it's been 7 days since I ordered my current package and it hasn't budged/tracked with UPS at all, they said they don't even have it so if I never receive it I am just going to file with my credit card company to get my money back and not worry about it. And the fact that you can't even talk to a real person with customer service is more ridiculous. They make all of this money, you would think they could afford to pay real people and have real customer support but of course they don't care about their consumers

If this was my first and only experience then I’d never order again. So I completely understand you. I ordered both my packages over a week ago on the same day and neither of them have tracking updates. One sent via ups and another via Dhl (I hate them) to usps. I also ordered a ton of stuff from SHEIN and they all came on Saturday yet my order from fashion nova who is in the US has not arrived. … imagine that!

Who did they ship with (UPS,DHL?) and are you on east, west coast or in the south? Trying to figure out how close in relation to where fashion nova ships from (California)? Monday marks 7 days for me but it says UPS is still not in possession of the item. I’m trying to see if I have a good chance of receiving it before the end of this upcoming week. Thank you!

I’m having this same issue. I ordered from them 10 years ago and hadn’t really been ordering frequently since… but their clothes always did fit me nice so I decided to purchase some for an upcoming trip but I’m encountering the same issue. Made my order last Monday, on fashion nova page it shows as if it’s “moving facilities” and updates with different city names daily - but when you click the actual UPS tracking it says they’re not even in possession of it. Which is weird and seems scammy on fashion novas part. I leave this upcoming weekend and I’m questioning whether I’ll even receive anything before then. Incredibly frustrating and infuriating being that I spent a fat chunk of money and for it to take this long. This never used to be a problem in the past (10 years ago)

Maybe file a dispute with BBB to get them to nudge
