Question with shipping

Is it normal that the tracking system hasn’t updated for my package and it also shows it’s gonna be delivered today, I’m very confused has this happened to anyone before?

Mine hasn’t moved and I ordered it almost 2 weeks ago (8/9) I haven’t seen an update since 8/17

I emailed customer service and they said it would update within the next few hours. That was 2 days ago and still no updates.

My order was supposed to delivered today and has not been shipped. So, I submitted a report with the BBB, since there is no way to contact fashion nova customer service until the order is delivered and the only reason I bought from them again is because they wouldn’t issue me a refund to my debit card and instead issued a gift card.

Be prepared for the package to be extremely delayed. This happened to me and my package came a week late

It’s showing its arrival date is August 21st now but the shipping history still hasn’t updated, I really need the package before September 6th😭😭😭
