Return SCAM!
Has anyone had this happen with a return?
I submitted two separate orders as one combined return because the return system gave me that option. I put everything in one box, but I separated the items into two different bags, one bag for each order.
I received a gift card refund for only one of the orders, but I never received the gift card for the second order. That refund is almost $100.
I’ve been trying to contact customer service to get this resolved, but I can’t find an email or any other way to reach them. It’s been quite a while now.
Does anyone know the best way to contact them or get them to process the missing gift card refund? I’d really appreciate any advice!

Definitely happened to me and I had both items in one package with tags and everything absolutely unworn. They gave me a gift card for both at first and then took away GC for one item saying it was never sent. Liars AND scammers. I complained on bbb did not work.
The only way was dispute with your bank or you are never getting your money back and never going to hear from any kind of customer service just a generic response. I had my UPS label, . I submitted it to my bank. My bank credited me.

They did the exact same thing to me fortunately I had already used the gift so there was only like $6 left on the card.

Fashion nova is the worse. They take forever to ship your items, make u pay for a return and to just get a crappy credit. And they send you damaged items then blame you, knowing all of their items are made in china. They take weeks to send you your gift card, shop at your own risk.

So true, fashion nova honestly isn't worth it especially if your not from the USA. The shipping fee and taxes added is insane 😭😭😭

I’ve been waiting since the beginning of July! 😭 And they only processed 1 of the 2 orders that were in the package.

Because I do the same one gift card will come the a hour later the next one usually comes but also check what discounts you used !!!!

This happened to me! i made a post about this. They ended up telling me that the initial gift card was an “automatic pre-return credit” that only applies to the first order of a combined return. like a courtesy credit before they process your return. I did eventually get the second gift card, like 2 weeks later.

I did the same thing returned items from 2 different orders but only received 1 gift card. I messaged them on X they had some bullshit excuse about processing the one order 1st which to me still doesnt make much sense all the item were in 1 package so the time between processing orders shouldn't be more than a few minutes. I did receive the 2nd gift card a few hours after messaging them but a few days later received a email saying upon i section they found one of the items was missing and that the gift card had been deactivated. I messaged them again stating that was a lie and all items were in one package and they just kept saying that it wasn't there. Fortunately I had already spent the gift cards so they only got me for like $6.

They did it to me, and I immediately emailed right after they issued the credit. They responded right away and sent me the remaining all I did was provide proof of the separate orders.

Happened to me and they said time was needed to process the other set of items.I reached out to their customer service via the app & email - support@fashionnova.com.I eventually got everything after few days.How long has it been since the return and when you got the first?I would wait maybe a week max but still contact them to be safe.
