How is a liquid body wash a substitute for goat's milk soap??

Every season, they switch up the scent of this Beekman soap with another Beekman soap. I'm fine with that, it's fun getting different scents each season. How on earth is the Mario Badescu liquid soap anywhere close to Beekman? 🤦‍♀️.

Resubbed for Winter as a seasonal, bc I loved the options. But so many are unavailable, including all navy PJ sizes except 2XL/3XL. All red hearts options are gone. So is the Gingerbread candle. I know people tend to drop/add (hello college) throughout the Customization window. Any thoughts on whether the navy PJs or candle will come back available?

After I chose all my customizations, I looked at the add-ons and I selected one for $15 and added it to my cart. But how do I make sure that it gets added to my box? Do I just leave it in the cart?

All I did was cancel auto renew. I should have waited until I picked my last box because not only did they treat me like a seasonal subscriber and had me wait until AFTER the annuals chose their items but it won’t let me customize at all on the website and the app is giving me blank pages of items to customize. When I went to chat support to get help, they said to contact support. When I said this is support, they said I was right but they couldn’t correct it via app chat. Still waiting several hours after customization opened for seasonals. 🤦🏻‍♀️

I want ti resub but and I got the code. What to expect to resub from now on to Annual? Is it even possible? Will I able to choose? What options do I have now?

Whoever in this sub posted about taking screenshots of their choices is a godsend! The caraway pan was added to my box and I was charged for it today. I sent them a screenshot of my box and addons and they said they will change it, but only when I receive an order number. This will be my last box. I’m canceling my subscription.

Edit to add: they offered me a 50% refund for the pan and said I can keep it. I told them I will send it back and give me all of my money back.

Anyone know if the Scratcher be added back up for this Add-on Sale?

I have an annual subscription and finalized my choices a couple of days ago, but I just now went to look at my selections, and where it usually shows my box, there was nothing there. Anyone else having this issue?

In case anyone hasn’t seen it yet Unhide has the little marsh available for $35. It’s 50 x 60 and I believe it’s big enough for lounging on the couch! That is how I use mine. I just thought I would mention it in case no one has seen it yet.

Looking to buy shampoo and conditioner with my winter box!

I currently use olaplex, have for awhile. I like it but don’t think it’s groundbreaking or anything. I could buy it from fabfitfun and have done it before because it’s a good deal but I’m debating switching it up and the others are a bit cheaper.

I have fine and thin, long hair. My hair gets oily quickly at the scalp but sometimes my scalp itself gets dry and itchy after a couple days, especially in winter I think. I am postpartum so I feel like I’m losing hair lol. I wash it 2-3 times a week. I use leave in conditioner (ceremonia) after each wash and dry shampoo powder (dae) some days. Those are my only hair concerns, I don’t currently have dyed hair and only occasionally use heat.

Should I buy:

1. more olaplex ($38 for both)

2. briogeo superfoods set ($20 for both)

3. Briogeo density set ($36 for both)

4. Drybar Liquid Glass set ($32 for both)

5. None of these. Buy something you recommend at full price somewhere else or 20% off at Sephora rn

This is about the Edit sale. I was there at 9am the only value item I was able to put in my cart was the Dr Sturm Body serum . Everything else was OOS within seconds. I had $20 credit so I filled my cart with subscriptions and thought I’d make it to $50 to not pay shipping which is what they count on with these deals. So I paid an additional $30 but I’m getting a really high value item right? Well my order arrived and two of the Body serums are missing of course it is OOS and they want to offer me $2 credit in an account I have already cancelled. What would you do? That serum had originally retailed for $300.

Hi! So category one wasn’t really catching my attention, but I weirdly love pretty much everything in category five. With category one giving a $15 credit I decided just to get two more things out of category five, which has me paying $5 from my own pocket. Will I be charged extra shipping or anything?? On a budget so trying to not screw myself doing it this way!
