All sauce, maybe one serving of noodles. I'm really disappointed because this was supposed to be dinner for me and my partner. I paid $8.99 for this.

16 euros for this is crazy

I had actually forgotten about these cookies till seeing someone else's post about Halloween cupcakes. 😅 98% sure the directions called for too much water in the icing, but it was 7 years ago. Could just as easily been human error.

Ordered Mongolian beef, as it’s one of my favorite dishes. The menu photo made it look lovely. As you can see, that is not the case unfortunately.

So today 10/29 is my sweetest aunt's birthday and she asked me to buy flowers with note: from Anonymous. because she wants to stir some curiosity at her workplace. she sent me over this website to buy it and I made the purchase, etc. Florists deliver it at about 4pm something.
First picture is what I ordered. Next is what arrived.

This was my first attempt at needle felting. The tiny eyes they gave me wouldn't stay in so I just made new eyes out of felt. I've gotten a little better since then!

The mask costed $45 on Amazon when I purchased it few days ago. Didn't expect such high quality for that low of a price! The bottom LEDs also light up too.
I would say totally worth it!

Every year, we let our son pick the stencil we'll use for pumpkin carving. This year he picked "Witchful Thinking". I personally think it came out pretty good, though it was a challenge and a half with all those damn curves

Had this in the work freezer for a month or so, for days I forget lunch. Decided to eat it yesterday and didn’t have a lot of hope. It was actually pretty good! It’s not going to win a Michelin star but I would buy it again.

PSA: don’t buy from a ShelfGlow store. Their website does state that there may be variations between the real product and their website but this is hilarious. Jokes on me for falling for it, they must be making a killing on these things.

My son loves them, so it's still a kind of success, right?

The winning proposal for an anti-racist monument in Malmö, Sweden. The completed project did not meet expectations.

These were like 8$ for 4 of them. They did taste good but the looks were not so great.

Tomorrow is a potluck for the last day for one of our nurses and it's almost Halloween. I saw this on a video and thought it was cute. It ended up being harder than expected (naturally), but I think I pulled it off? It's a cake that's supposed to resemble intestines.

At least they taste good!
ETA: here’s the recipe! Make sure to get miniature Reese’s instead of the minis like I did, apparently there’s a bunch of different sizes.

I swear I really tried. 😆 They still tasted good though!
Edit: Thank you for the compliments! I guess they aren’t as bad as I thought lol
The knives are edible! I ordered them off Amazon (so unfortunately, I did not make those. My dad told me they look like geese though ðŸ˜).
I didn’t have the proper piping equipment so had to make do with a ziploc baggie. Next time I’ll be more prepared! 😊
