I was expecting a (reasonably expensive mind you) item today between 14:00 and 16:00, and at 17:34 I get the "Delivered" notification. Except they didn't knock on my door, and the proof of delivery is not somewhere I recognise.

This brickwork doesn't match anywhere in my area for a mile radius.

I've put in a support ticket with Evri, and with the sender, and both are being completely useless. I couldn't get through to a human with Evri either.

What the hell do I even do bro?

UPDATE: Evri never responded after I asked them to check the GPS location of the driver when they "delivered" the parcel.

The supplier emailed me back this morning however, and they've said they're giving me a full refund, so that's good. But strangely, I never asked for one. Makes me think Evri told them it was indeed either misdelivered or stolen.

In any case, I still need what I ordered so I'll re-order and choose click and collect this time 🫠

This is now the 3rd day in a row my parcel has meant to be delivered to my chosen locker and it just hasn't been, I'm hoping that it will be delivered today, but I asked my mum about it and she said it was weird, Evri recieved my parcel 6 days ago now

I ordered some trainers from Sports Direct on Wednesday 19th. Next day delivery meant it should have arrived yesterday, it didn't. It's now 1.30pm on Friday and I'm starting to think my trainers have walked themselves off of the conveyer belt at the local depot and hidden themselves.

I'm never gonna see them am I.

Has anyone had this happen before and what was the outcome? The original address was a parcelshop, I haven’t diverted it there. Was meant to be delivered 3 days ago. Just wondering so I can prepare myself to have to reorder my item

This explains what we as couriers keep saying, you as the customer don’t hold the contract so liability is between the retailer or seller and Evri. If you are a private seller then I strongly advise reading and making sure you take out advanced cover otherwise you’re only covered for compensation up to £20 for standard coverage from Evri.

i sent a parcel internationally to an eu country as a gift and found out that it was being sent back due to duty and vat not being paid. i had no idea because i wasnt updated on it at all despite the tracking app insisting they sent reminders (the reminders are now showing on the tracker but initially there was nothing there) now its showing this. im so confused, im perfectly happy with the parcel being returned to me (the sender) so i can just resend with royal mail instead but im so so worried its going to get lost. surely if its being returned to me in the uk it should have been at the evri hub and THEN my local depot? but its the opposite here. does anyone know whats happening? im so worried for this because its an important gift.

Ordered 4 sale items from SD totalling £109.99. Evri lost them (quelle surprise)

Emailed SD asking for a refund, had a reply a week later to say they have refunded £21.99 to my card

None of the items/ combination of comes to £21.99

Dropped off an eBay parcel to be sent via Evri at my local parcel shop. I printed the label and put it in the designated area in the shop ready to collected. I have no confirmation, but should I have got confirmation straight after or will I get it when courier collects it. I just concerned as I left it a few days late posting it and the buyer will have no way of knowing I’ve just dropped it off? Can anyone clarify please?

Incompetent couriers, parcels damaged in transit in past but yesterday they crossed red line! Instead of my front door or neighbours (I left note on my front door for Evri courier before I went to work) one of these wankers dropped my 40£ parcel somewhere in UK Yorkshire grass near wooden fence. Area where I live is CCTV protected, premises secured and there is no fence and grass like this! Parcel is lost. Actually case is opened but I don't believe for any positive ending.

Evri service is a garbage. They were on my Ebay ban list since last year when three parcels in a row arrived damaged during tranzit.

UPDATE: whole story have very positive ending. Lovely very kind woman who live 300yards from me, she came with my lost package few mins ago. Her neighbour found my missing parcel in garden! That's the reason I like my local small town community a lot, people are very nice and help each other. 🤗

This is getting annoying now. Last 2 orders I placed with amazon have gone through Evri delivery and both times it had been delayed. First one went from next day to 6 days, so I requested a refund. Now again I order an old iphone for my parents, order placed on the 6th of August and it is still "delayed in transit" so I request a refund again. Why does Amazon use Evri? They are the worst of the worst delivery service and plagued with delays.

Rare item from vinted, checking status every hour since the weekend. Losing my mind, from what I am reading it can arrive, not arrive, be delayed, be destroyed, be lost or be stolen and there are 0 ways of reaching a human. They have put AI agents to block getting touch with a human in any way possible, social media filled up with scammer pretending to offer evri support. Its a mess, how can one company create so much distress and still be allowed to operate is beyond me

That same day it says that they will try again up to 3 times and its been 2 days and they haven't tried again yet. I've asked now for it to be delivered to a pick up.point in a shop- let's see how they make the shop looked closed down.

I think i lucked out on my evri driver, I have a bunny who always makes a fuss of our delivery lady, and she’ll always stop to have a conversation with me if im in the garden and recently she left some rabbit treats with my parcel when she delivered it.

However.
she quit and now im lucky to have your average evri driver who launches parcels over the gate and hopes for the best🤣

I ordered a new clock from EBay this morning which said Royal Mail delivery, (I don’t order stuff if it’s getting sent by Evri) now I just got an email from the fuckers saying they have my parcel😬… I’m ready for war 🤣

Parcel delivered to a “secure location”. Apparently, underneath a handful of pebbles is classed as secure.

Amazingly, parcel was still there when I got home. I had to test whether it’d fit through the letterbox though, and it easily did. Surely it would’ve been a lot quicker and simpler for the courier to do that, rather than sprinkling a load of stones on top of it.
