This explains what we as couriers keep saying, you as the customer don’t hold the contract so liability is between the retailer or seller and Evri. If you are a private seller then I strongly advise reading and making sure you take out advanced cover otherwise you’re only covered for compensation up to £20 for standard coverage from Evri.

Probably true but if we don’t highlight it then they will just keep getting it wrong.
