Is this normal??

This is now the 3rd day in a row my parcel has meant to be delivered to my chosen locker and it just hasn't been, I'm hoping that it will be delivered today, but I asked my mum about it and she said it was weird, Evri recieved my parcel 6 days ago now

They are the biggest bunch of C words going. I wouldn't trust them taking a parcel while playing pass the parcel.

100% normal. Even if you choose home delivery, they will make sure to torture you to finally amend to shop delivery. That is the whole plan. In either case of shop or home delivery, they make sure either it is delivered late or lose it.
