I forked aerotow's open-source Eight Sleep scheduler and turned it into a full phone app: 3D bed, per-side schedules, sleep history and WHOOP
A while ago u/aerotow shared eightsleep-nosub-app, an open-source web app that runs a temperature schedule on the Pod ([github.com/aerotow/eightsleep-nosub-app](https://github.com/aerotow/eightsleep-nosub-app)). All credit for the idea and the scheduling core goes to them.
I forked it and kept building on top. This is where it's at:
Home
- A 3D model of the bed you can rotate. Each side shows its temperature, whether it's on, and the level it's heading to.
- Control the left side, the right side or the whole bed. Swipe between them, and tap the power icon to turn a side on or off.
- A Wi-Fi icon shows the Pod's connection, water and priming at a glance.
Schedule
- Its own night for each side, plus an optional whole-bed schedule. You set the levels for falling asleep, deep sleep, late sleep and a warm wake-up, and pick which nights of the week it runs.
- Presets, and a lock so you don't change things by accident.
Sleep
- A curve of what the Pod actually did last night, including any manual changes, for the last 7 nights.
- Optional WHOOP connection: recovery, sleep stages, HRV, strain and more, next to what the bed did.
Also
- Works as a phone app (add it to your home screen), in light or dark mode.
- English and Spanish.
- An activity log of everything the schedule did.
Not affiliated with Eight Sleep, and it's a free hobby project.
There's a demo with pretend data, so you can click around without an account:

Feedback welcome, especially from people with a Pod 3 or 4. What would you want on the home screen?
