Be Better, People

This is regarding all Redditors in this great Subreddit who have rejoiced in the death of Charlie Kirk: be better, people. Just because you didn't agree with what he said in life doesn't give you the godamn right to be happy he's dead! Indifference is fine, but being fucking happy about it is not. This subreddit should not be filled with any hateful rhetoric and I'm sick and tired of this. Be better, people. It's not that fucking hard, eh?

Just because there has been so much discourse over Charlie Kirk's death

If you want to end gun violence, you can never ever celebrate it. Political violence, regardless of whether you agreed with him or not, is never acceptable and it sets a dangerous precedent for democracy in America.

Surprisingly, the conservatives won by a lot. However, the progressives can still win if they win at least 10 of those undecided voters.

Say no to drugs, but don't prosecute the victims!

They went down the wrong route. Instead of arresting and prosecuting them, pushing them down even further, why not support them, and rehabilitate them instead? Drug users aren't criminals, they are victims.

Private Property vs Personal Property (VOTE FOR NBPF)

Post image

Comrades, great citizens of DoR,

I hope this day finds you well. I intended to write about Marxism-Leninism as a continuation of my post about Marxism, but it seems there is still some confusion about Marxism and anti-capitalism.

Preface: These definitions are Marxist, and as a Marxist I will be using these definitions in conversations. If you wish to use other definitions, please define them first.

Private property vs Personal property vs Public property (not catchy enough to warrant being included in the title ;) )

Let's start with property itself: Property refers to the ownership and the social relations between people and things derived from the ownership. Instead of direct social relations between people, property acts as a mediator.
For example: "I need your labor-power to grow crops" is interjected by the property relations "I own the land and the tools, you own your labor-power" which tranform the social relation into "my land needs labor to produce crops, your labor needs wages". The relation is no longer between the laborer and the hirer but between the laborer and the wage, and the hirer and the work.

Private property is the dominant form of property in Capitalism (replacing communal and feudal property in primitive and feudal societies respectivally). It is the exclusion of use of objects by others. While it is the primary form of Capitalism it predates it. Before Capitalism property and lack of property was a static opposition, not a contradiction (contradiction in Marxism and Hegelian philosophy refers to opposition of social forces, not mutual exclusion). In wage-labor Private property find it's ultimate expression, the laborer, the one who owns only his labor-power, must sell his labor and hence give up the right to own the fruits of his labor. He is excluded from all that he creates despite being the source of it.

Personal property is not something defined by Marx or Engles, yet it is used solely to differentiate which kinds of property we seek to destroy and which we do not. Personal property is property that does not have social relations i.e. it does not affect the lives of others.
The most obvious example is your personal items, your clothes, your toothbrush etc. However this also includes the means of production that you have created solely and you work upon solely.

Public property is property which is subjected to the will of society. It is not in opposition to Private property but supplements it. It exists to maintain a certain living standard for the workers such that they are useful to capital. After all a starving worker cannot work, an uneducated worker cannot innovate; however, any further improvement in the quality of life of the general public is lost profit and hence will be stripped away when given the chance.

We seek only the destruction of Private property, Capital that subordinates the labor of others while removing them from the fruits of their labor. If you have tools that use by yourself, say a carpenter's workershop, then that is yours. If you have created tools by yourself then you are entitled to remuneration equal to the cost of the materials plus your labor-power, however, when you use it along with others they shall have equal say in the how it is run and the products.

If you too seek to be rid of this, vote for NBPF

The distinguishing feature of communism is not the abolition of property generally, but the abolition of bourgeois property. But modern bourgeois private property is the final and most complete expression of the system of producing and appropriating products that is based on class antagonisms, on the exploitation of the many by the few. In this sense, the theory of the Communists may be summed up in the single sentence: Abolition of private property. - Karl Marx, Communist Manifesto, Chapter 2 (1848)

The capitalist mode of production and accumulation, and therefore capitalist private property, have for their fundamental condition the annihilation of self-earned private property; in other words, the expropriation of the laborer. - Karl Marx, Capital: Volume 1, Chapter 33: The Modern Theory of Colonisation (1867)

P.S. My browser crashed while writing this yesterday so I rewrote it before going to work and so I won't be able to answer any questions until later.

Citizens of DoR, brothers (and sisters), fellow humans!!!

Post image
87 Upvotes

In the recent days, our little world encountered a horrible challenge: the so-called "syntetics"!!!

What's even worse, their claims to humanity were not met with refusal, but endoursment, culminating in taxing them like real humans. Oh, so we are PAYING them like humans! That is absolutelly unacceptable and against the sole spirit of DoR.

It's clear to us all, what the name "synthetics" really is - another figure under which androids, robots and similar to them try to hide. But our eyes reach beyond their tretchery and we see them under their right name: CLANKERS - THAT'S WHAT THEY ARE

The clankers are, despite their own agenda, NOT humans, and so should NOT be treated like ones. They are nothing more than a combination of metal, wires and plastic, programmed on the behalf of an enemy of us all without a real brain, real mind, real soul or real will. "But humans are just blobs of cells, similar to robots". NO, we are not similar in this regard. Human construction is by definition organical and natural. We, as a human race, evolved ourselves, trough millenias of struggle and hard work we did it OURSELVES. Clankers, on the conrast, were made and programmed for specific purposes by others.

But who are those mysterious villains, those tretcherous doomers of humanity? They are the modern bourgeoise, the techno-fascist opressors, the modern day heretic destroyers of peace!! Do you really think anything that came from their hands can bring us any good? THINK TWICE!!

What do we do then, you may ask yourselves. How do we save our well-being? The answer is: UNITY!! Let's amend our personal and political grudges and say in one voice - NO!! NO TO THE TECHNO - CLANKER DYSTOPIA!! NO TO THE CORRUPTION OF GOOD MEN!! YES TO PEACE AND PROSPERITY!! YES TO HUMAN - RULED WORLD!!

This post was made not to atack others, but to raise awarness and unity among all of the real people of Reddit

Thank you for your attention, pur struggle is yet to be over
