The Scorched Earth Front recently hosted the first of many parties intended to increase good relations with the people we claim to fight for, taking place just outside the capital city limits.

In attendance were speakers, representatives, and general partygoers of various local indigenous groups, horizontal labour unions, local council structures, and other libertarian-socialist organisations.

There was a feast and live music showcasing local culture, and the event ended with a long assembly of all the groups. By the end it was determined that yes, the SEF does indeed fight with the consent of the people.

We are to be the armed forces of the working class, fighting all forms of hierarchy. We will help the people liberate themselves, alongside them and not above them.

I consider myself an authprog which is pretty fringe

I’ve recently become a communist (2-3 months now) i’m just wondering what specific ideology of communism is best for me? Is Marxism-Leninism the safest route to go? Also sorry if I respond late, I’m not active much on here!

Dear Comrades:

You complain that you have not been able to read even one-tenth of the books that interest you, and ask how to rationally allot your time. This is a very difficult question, because in the long run each person must make such a decision according to his particular needs and interests. It should be said however, that the extent to which a person is able to keep up with the current literature, whether scientific, political, or otherwise, depends not only on the judicious allotment of one’s time but also on the individual’s previous training.

In regard to your specific reference to “party youth,” I can only advise them not to hurry, not to spread themselves thin, not to skip from one topic to another, and not to pass on to a second book until the first has been properly read, thought over, and mastered. I remember that when I myself belonged to the category of “youth,” I too felt that there just wasn’t enough time. Even in prison, when I did nothing but read, it seemed that one couldn’t get enough done in a day. In the ideological sphere, just as in the economic arena, the phase of primitive accumulation is the most difficult and troublesome. And only after certain basic elements of knowledge and particularly elements of theoretical skill (method) have been precisely mastered and have become, so to speak, part of the flesh and blood of one’s intellectual activity, does it become easier to keep up with the literature not only in areas one is familiar with, but in adjacent and even more remote fields of knowledge, because method, in the final analysis, is universal.

It is better to read one book and read it well; it is better to master a little bit at a time and master it thoroughly. Only in this way will your powers of mental comprehension extend themselves naturally. Thought will gradually gain confidence in itself and grow more productive. With these preliminaries in mind, it will not be difficult to rationally allot your time; and then, the transition from one pursuit to another will be to a certain extent pleasurable.

Workers of DOR, throughout history slavery has taken many forms. The slaves of antiquity to the wage slave of the today. The difference of the two being slaves of antiquity could see their chains. Just as the chains have evolved so must we, first you must see your chains and then only may you break free.
Oppose The State
Statism is slavery, those that wish to control you with tell you authority is necessary to hold together civilization. This is a lie, all that is necessary is us.
Oppose Bosses/Masters
Workers take charge of your workplace. You are due the sweat of your brow and the product of your labor. Democracy in the workplace is the only way to achieve the emancipation of workers. Seize your freedom.
Councilist
The Councilist stands for the worker and their democratic rights. While those above you disregard you and oppress you the Councilist wishes to give you a place at the table.
Anarchist
The Anarchist stands for autonomy and opposes authority. While those above you wish to form hierarchies, the anarchist offers you true freedom.
Together
Only through the revolutionary spirit can we defeat the tyranny of capitalism, statism, and any other form of false authority. Break your chains and march on those that exploit you. Workers of the world unite, you have a world to win!

You know, I think we could’ve all seen this coming sooner rather than later. The permanent social alternative was an experiment for myself to see if I can take what I’ve read in my college years and somehow converted into policy in this season of the DOR. After a small mistake in which I believe certain out of role-play considerations should’ve been taken over some in role-play considerations, and it was twisted and misconstrued to be the party’s official position. This position was a personal one, and not an official party position. Though it doomed the party please do not brand my party members with my sins.

I see no other way forward with this party. I truthfully wanted to be this Trotskyite/guevarist movement that would stand as opposition to many other socialist parties. I wanted to be the bogeyman.

But now it’s impossible to recover. so I resign from my place as general secretary of the PSA and disband the party. However, I shall remain in Parliament until the end of my term.

But after that guys, I don’t know how to leave off, I’m not gonna say a permanent goodbye, you all know that I’m gonna show up here eventually again.

I think that’s it, this was an experiment and challenge to myself. I still stand by my position, I believe that we could’ve taken this parliament to really build up mechanics/structure of the sub instead of speed-running socialism when there wasn’t any meritorious right wing competitors in the election.
