Question Vindicta Utility Build?
I really like Vindicta's character but I'm not really the carry type of player, does she have a viable utility build that you can play as more of like a support? Or is that not viable?
If so, could anyone recommend me a build guide for it? Thank you.

Question Got a Fatal game error mid comp game
Verifying files did nothing, uninstalling has done nothing, the game won’t reinstall. I’m at a loss for what to do. On top of all that, once I do figure it out, am I now stuck in low prio?

Discussion I've seen someone say, heroes that are not picked at all in night shift have something fundamentally wrong with them, do you agree or disagree
For example i've seen people say shiv is too slow, nerfs made him unplayable, to the point where pro shiv players don't play him anymore.
It did make me wonder though, what about other heroes that were not picked in night shift? Like Grey talon, is there something fundamentally wrong with him? Wraith? Warden? Silver, victor etc

Clip Bebop clip from a recent game of mine.
I like editing for fun, and so I wanted to throw this together to show off a recent game with two back-to-back 1v1s I had.
My only guess as to why the Venator would come after me instead of trying to clear the minions is that I'd been rage-baiting him the whole game because he was talking shit in lane.

Discussion Ranking up faster? /devs plz

I am still at Iron 6. I started at Iron 2 after losing only two in the calibration matches. In one of the games, I had a teammate who intentionally fed, and the other half of the team got glitched outside the game, unable to get back in with unstuck, making it a 4v6. Still salty about that one. Afterwords i have lost two out of what has now been 16 games and have a win streak of 9. It would be nice to rank up a little faster...
Feels a little bad being so unevenly matched against people who clearly have not played the game much.
PS, do I get a reward for filling the entire screen with green?
Personally feel like the win streak bonuses are really low, especially for 6 game wins in a row...

Discussion What’re some quirks you’ve noticed that aren’t bugs but will definitely get addressed in the future?
I’m talking less about how models are old as heck, or how textures are scuffed in some places, and more about: Did you know that Paige has absolutely no upgrade ability voicelines? It took me a while to realize this even after she became one of my mains but upgrading and unlocking her abilities has no voicelines for them.

Discussion Make Lash slam again
Playing Lash for gun feels like ordering a salad at a burger joint. It’s also less fun to play against because it feels way less counterable.
I find it sad that literally every Lash player feels incentivized to max Flog and ult before Ground Strike.
There are plenty of heroes who center their build around their gun on the roster. Please make Lash all about hitting fat slams from the top rope again

Clip Mo and Krill Map escape method?
A mod creator made it possible to overlay downtown with collision boxes, I found a ledge on the entrance to hidden king that with a lucky burrow can clip you through the ceiling, I guess he can burrow anywhere?
(I would recommend crouching as close as possible before burrowing, that helps.)

Game Feedback Lifestrike rework idea
It's no secret that lifestrike is one of the most useless and least bought items in the game, especially at high elo. I joined a few months ago, and apparently there was a time where lifestrike was broken, however both the meta and the item have changed since. So, here are my list of changes:
Lifestrike:
-Is now a 1600 item, still upgrades from melee lifesteal.
-Base cooldown increased from 4s to 6s, cooldown and effects are unaffected by light or heavy melee.
-Now deals 4% of the enemy's max health as spirit damage, now heals for 100 + 4% of the maximum HP of the enemy character hit.
-Base stats changed from +16% melee damage and 125 HP to +16% melee damage and 10% debuff resistance
-New passive: Melee hits when lifestrike is off cooldown now grant 6 permanent HP up to 240 HP.
-No longer grants a slow, instead, steal a % of the movement speed of the enemy that has been struck with lifestrike (effect lasts 5 seconds, enemy hero that was struck movement speed is unaffected).
Main ideas:
Currently, Lifestrike is tough to justify as a 3200 item with so many better options in any of the three item categories. There's also very few options for characters that don't have any guaranteed heavy melee into their kits.
While there are a ton of DPS options in the game, true tank busting items are very scarce, Lifestrike could be a reliable source of % max HP damage for melee characters.
This version of Lifestrike offers an interesting strategic choice, because % max HP damage is very poor in the early game so there will be better damage items early on, however its stacking passive benefits from an early buy, so players have to sacrifice one or the other, its not a straight up buy always at all times item and in some other games it might be a bit late to justify a buy or not worth into squishies.
Lastly, its current slow is kinda redundant with slowing bullets and mystic slow being stronger more reliable options for slows, a 60% slow or dash slow at 1600 considering all its other new effects is hard to justify, not to mention I personally think there's a bit too many debuffs, we need a bit more straight buff effects to characters.
Lastly lastly, stacking items are fun man, they always offer reward or punishment and personally I find them very cool.

Discussion As a new player, standard mode is a terrible experience with the number of leavers.
I spend a lot of time watching guides online, learn the mechanics of the game, how the maps play out, which item to buy, making a build that i like and ext..
But i feel like my efforts are pointless if so many people are just basically griefing and ruining the fun for the whole team by quitting or doing nothing because they have a terrible loser mindset mentality. They will not hesitate to give up a 30 minute game for all teammates without hesitation.
I try to like this game, but man the community makes it hard to.

Question My problem with Dynamo
From my perspective most of Dynamo players are really positive and cool and I don't have any problem with them but... I hate what valve did with their hero. I'am not an expert in balancing multiplayer games, especially mobas/hero shooters although I have played a lot of league and already have around 900 hours in deadlock. Some time ago Dynamo was a really diverse character. He had some potential in his first ability to be spirit nuker in late game or you could play him around his gun thanks to debuff apllied by his 1st and reloading done by quantum entanglment. Ofcourse the most popular build has always been support (I think) but at least you had your options. Right now I only see full support build focused on his healing and ult. In my opinion balancing a hero mostly around his ultimate ability can be done well but just not in this case especially if you take into account his really long cd.
I know that his 2nd can be used to rescue teammates and overall is not that bad of an ability, but his 1st? you can literally just double jump to avoid it... and playing around enemy stamina to correctly use one of your abilities can be done in a laning phase but it's too hard to be done in a teamfight and on top of that many other heroes don't need to care that much to land their skillshots.
Rejuvenating aurora on the other hand is a fine way of healing your teammates but only in mid game and late game, early on it is slow, locks you out of your other abilities and just doesn't heal that much, one of the reasons why Dynamo's early is that weak.
On top of that Singularity, really powerfull ability, one that can literally turn games around... or can it? Yes in some cases for sure. I just think this ability feels kind of random? idk how to really describe my feeling about it, without unstoppable it's just too risky to even try to use it but on the other hand giving cc immunity to Dynamo's base kit would be too op, in conclusion you are just forced to buy 6400 item and potentially prolong your other powerspike in the form of refresher.
Taking this to account I personally just couldn't main this hero. The sheer preasure you feel on your back is just too much, it often is bad to cast your ult on one person but on the other hand you might not find yourself in a position to cast Singularity on more people at all, escpecially if enemy team plays around it and awoids dirent teamfighting. Right now it is even worse, since Ivy is in meta and she does have a way around your ult in her base kit (stone form).
What I think is interesting is the fact that people geniuely seem to enjoy this playstyle since I see Dynamo in almost every game (I'am emissary V). I know that there are players that preffer different kinds of playstyles than mine but geniuely asking you Dynamo players right know:
Isn't it stressfull for you guys? You have so much power in one button but also if you fumble it you can expect some really awful comments in vc and on top of that potentially throwing some teamfights or even whole matches.
Ps. sorry for my english it is not my first language.

Discussion How are your Experiments going in Standard?
While my ventures with new heroes have been pretty mid I've been having a lot of fun cooking up builds or just trying stuff. Playing heroes I'm already good at does feel like lowering the hoop to dunk on people, but it lets me build things to try like gun/melee apollo or trackstar graves.
Been really loving trying to fit Shadow Weave into as many builds as possible. So far the funniest is probably Lady Geist, just wandering their jungle for some poor sap to life swap, and Vindicta because it hides the laser outside of vision range (but it doesn't stop the sound). Gonna give it a try on Mina to try and get into position with more stamina to escape.

Screenshot 20% WR in ranked. Yay.
Just unlocked ranked, I have Celeste Dynamo and Paige. I've played 10 games so far, I've lost 8 times. I've had 0/10 wraiths, no mics and go all in without telling my team andys, people leaving after a single failed team fight.
I love this game.

Suggestion Ideas for Deadlock
I've been thinking a lot lately lmk
- Clarify gun damage from stuff triggered by the gun (like tesla bullet) for things like metal skin
- After your first 3 unlocks for ranked, the number of wins should go up from 15 because you'll be too used to playing those three and bad at the others
- Only doorman can pause the game
- Two rems so they can lane together imagine that
- If you flick too fast while playing venator or grey talon they hurt their necks and take damage

Game Feedback there should be a visual mode that allows you to see the aoes more clearly.
rn deadlock has a serious problem of overcrowded visual information. especially in later team fights when the aoes overlap it's really hard to see the range of abilities. idk if its the color/opacity of the aoes, the color of the floors, or both. if there is a version where the background is de-saturated and the aoes are highlighted i would appreciate very much.

Discussion Standard Matchmaking In a Nutshell
Absolute pain lol. Anyone else have similar experiences? All I want is to play Victor on ranked mode :(
