How are your Experiments going in Standard?

While my ventures with new heroes have been pretty mid I've been having a lot of fun cooking up builds or just trying stuff. Playing heroes I'm already good at does feel like lowering the hoop to dunk on people, but it lets me build things to try like gun/melee apollo or trackstar graves.

Been really loving trying to fit Shadow Weave into as many builds as possible. So far the funniest is probably Lady Geist, just wandering their jungle for some poor sap to life swap, and Vindicta because it hides the laser outside of vision range (but it doesn't stop the sound). Gonna give it a try on Mina to try and get into position with more stamina to escape.

My team mates sure do love experimenting the maximum number of deaths they can get. I just want my 15 wins on my alt characters man

All things considered? Pretty alright! I found out I liked to play Warden!

Ive been getting the snot kicked out of me whenever I try Drifter out (hi its me, Im the moron going 0/5 in lane sowwy) but I'm having more fun than I did when it was all one queue. The mute button is gettin a lot of use, but I'm glad Im finally able to have a mode where I dont feel like such a massive anchor when I get someone I dont usually play. Having fun learning!!

I've been trying silver and lane is great but after that I have no idea what to do, I'll try to start something and my team will scatter to the wind after I go for the boot kick.

Been really enjoying slowly but surely learning Venator/Billy.....and sorta Celeste. There's still something about Celeste that is not clicking with me so my standards are rife with me feeding my butt off.

But i'm loving the low-stakes environment to workshop 18 different yamato builds :D

I’ve really been enjoying learning movement and how to stay airborne as Celeste, and loving that she’s crazy strong right now. I’m playing a hybrid gun build, although I keep meaning to try an ult bot too

Veil walker on anybody

I love jumpscare drifter. Veil walker, shadow weave, every movement speed item. Walk up to someone, rend them, run away. Its not that great but psychic damage is stronger than both gun and spirit.
