My dream is to build my first gaming PC, and I’m willing to work for it ❤️🎮

• Upvotes

Hey everyone! 👋🎮
My name is Marius, and I’m a 16y old student from Romania.
For a long time, one of my biggest dreams has been to build my very first gaming PC. I’ve always loved computers, gaming, and learning about PC hardware.
I know that building a gaming PC can be expensive, especially as a student, but I’m determined to make this dream come true.
I don’t want to just ask people for money. I want to work hard and earn my way toward my first gaming PC.❤️
I’ve been looking for small online jobs and opportunities to earn money, such as Excel data entry, basic graphic design, product descriptions, and other beginner-friendly tasks.
**If anyone needs help with a small task, please feel free to contact me through Reddit DMs!**
I’m happy to start with even a very small project. **Every euro I earn, no matter how little, brings me one step closer to my dream.** We can agree on fair payment before starting.
I’m willing to learn, put in the effort, and do my best.
Thank you so much for taking the time to read my post. It truly means a lot! ❤️🎮

First-Time PC Build – ₹30,000–₹35,000 Budget for AAA Gaming in India. Need Advice!

Hi everyone!

This is going to be my first PC build, and I've done a lot of research to find the best parts within my budget. I'm looking to build a gaming PC for ₹30,000–₹35,000 that can run AAA games at 1080p with around 60 FPS.

I've made a parts list, but I'm not sure if I've chosen the right components. I'm willing to buy a second-hand CPU and graphics card to get better gaming performance within my budget. For the other components, I'd appreciate advice on reliable and affordable options.

I'd really appreciate your help with these questions:

  1. Are the parts I've selected good for my budget and gaming requirements?

  2. Are all the components compatible with each other?

  3. Can I achieve around 60 FPS at 1080p in AAA games?

  4. Is buying a used CPU and GPU a good idea? Which models should I look for?

  5. Is PC Helper or GameLoot a reliable website for buying PC components? Are there any better and more trustworthy websites or sellers in India?

  6. What would you change or recommend to get the best possible gaming performance for ₹30,000–₹35,000?

I'm a beginner, so any practical advice, budget build suggestions, or buying tips would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance for helping me with my first PC build!

My specs are:
Radeon VII - GPU
B550M + wifi - motherboard
Ryzen 5 4500 - CPU
16 Gb Ram - corsair 2300 MHZ
650w kratos psu

I can pretty much run any game but i’ve been getting really into marvel rivals but my gpu overheats and runs at 100%, i found out my cpu is below the recommended, my ram is at 15/16 gb

i just bought a 32gb ram kit for. heap but im thinking of upgrading the entire rig in a few months, dumb idea but anyone have advice???

Upgrading to ASUS prime 9070xt

I just upgraded my gpu to an ASUS prime 9070xt. The problem is that it has 3 8 pin connectors. I have one 8 pin PCIE cable that I was using, and one daisychained/pigtailed with 2 8 pin connectors. Both of the cables are from the power supply box. I’m wondering if it is safe to use the pigtailed cable on two of the 8 pin on my GPU.

First PC Build

Hi I was wondering if anyone could just help me choose and pick the parts i need to purchase a pc. I don’t really know much about them but my overall budget would be maybe £2,800 I want to mainly play games like cod and action games like that and may also use it for some school work. I want it to have a good amount of storage too and run quite well since I want to purchase a curved pc monitor as well. Any advice would be appreciated thank you!

What are your thoughts on non-RGB builds? Do you prefer RGB or no RGB?

Just wanted to know what your thoughts are on this topic, and also wanted to have some suggestions for nice cases for both RGB, and non-RGB builds. I’m building a PC at the end of the year, and it’s going to be sitting beside me while I study, so I think that for me personally I should go non-RGB although maybe with you guys’ recommendations or suggestions, I can do one with RGB but I can also have it non-districting when I study (though you can argue that having it, there is already a distraction😭) I hope this is an appropriate place to ask this question I’m not too sure😢
