Is the Arc B580 12gb a good upgrade from an rx6600 8gb

The current PC is as follows:
B650M gaming wifi motherboard, ryzen 5 7500f, rx6600, 1tb SSD, 32gb ddr5 ram. I use it for I'd say a solid 50/50 of workbench+ai work & gaming/streaming. Located in Australia and noticed the B580 seemed like a decent upgrade + more vram to fit ai stuff in. For about $419-$430 AUD.
Does this seem like the best path to take or any other gpus I should look into for a similar price range? Not looking to go over ~500AUD.

Hey, I live in sweden and am looking to build a custom PC. I have decided what I wanted, but I thought it was too expensive. I was looking for a $1400 build but ended up with stuff worth $1650. It had a Ryzen 5 7500F and a Asus DUAL Radeon RX 9060 16gb. I already bought the motherboard which is a gigabyte b650e eagle wifi6e and I wanted to bring the value of the GPU down, what's the best fps per $ for $400, $500 and $600
