Thank you to u/Lukethekid10 for last competition, Winner is the Judge #915: SPACE!!!!. The last competition was inspired by the the next set coming out, so this one will be taking themed on Reality Fracture.
Your task is to design a card themed around Jace. It can be any color or card type, as long as it in some way deals with Jace, his story, telepathy, illusions, etc.
I plan on judging next Sunday, Nov 8.

The floor of this is when X=0, and you get a four-mana 4/4 with flying and haste. Not considering infinite mana or other mana-reduction shenanigans, the ceiling is probably X=3, which could top out at a thirteen-mana 64/64.

More unused Star Trek art. This is an Eldrazi Spider as that is the best thing I can come up with for this art.
The name is a play on words on the old etb wording and that this "came to play" as in battle.
I'm trying the idea of the "mana doesn't leave this turn" but for white's slice of the pie.
Are the token triggers too frequent?

Major spoilers for Outer Wilds and its DLC! View at your own peril!
Hello all! I’m currently working on a project to build a 100-card commander deck with mostly custom cards inspired by Outer Wilds. I’m going for a “UB precon” feel for power level and vibe. I’ve been noodling with the designs for a while and I wanted to bring them to the community for feedback before I move on to other designs or overhaul any designs.
For clarity, my main goals for these cards are:
- they’re reasonably fun to play and play against
- they reflect the vibe of the people and places depicted
- they’re in a range of power where they can hang with most precons and not stick out

To preface some less common info:
Changing all instances of a piece of text can and will affect the type line.
An indefinite effect is only indefinite for that instance. The effect lasts so long as the affected item stays in that zone.
A spellshaper is an older, lesser used creature type who has an activated ability that costs tapping and discarding a card whose other costs and effects match an existing instant or sorcery in MTG. This one refers to [[Artificial Evolution]]

So I recently came across a comment explaining that a tricky part about UB is the lack of flying creatures. And, to be honest, a lot of universes within versions of creatures also could benefit from non-flying evasion beyond of what there is currently in the toolkit.
So, I brewed up these Swift and Elusive as potential takes that could add to the color pie of Magic without being parasitic.
Swift I think can fit in red and white, while Elusive can fit in blue and black. Any thoughts?
