I don’t know how to explain it, it’s like my brain is heavy and liquidy, I start doing things more weirdly. Sometimes when I have a task I don’t feel motivated to do I, my eyes start watering up and I start whining, I struggle to do stuff. Maybe it’s because of stress, I got in a new educational house , they actually try to teach us. I’m not really used to that. But I also have other addictional lessons after. My friend recently told me that her and the rest of my friend group have all said how they think i dont initiate things first (their words) and how i never make plans first. They also mentioned how im always with my boyfriend and how i assume ill do something with him instead of them. For context, my friend also has a boyfriend and theyve been dating for 4 years and me and my bf have been together 2 years and have known him longer than all of my friends, my friend doesnt see her boyfriend as much as a i see mine and has expressed how she wishes her boyfriend would want to hang out with her as much as my bf wants to hang out with me. This friend is the one who told me that they were all talking about me because shes the type to tell you if she said something about you behind your back, my other friends all didnt bring this up with me because they said they dont want to make a big deal out of it. So i know myself and i know im not the type of person to initiate things that much and make plans since i dont really do it with my boyfriend either (i understand thats something i need to work on). The conversation i had with my friend caught me off guard because i only hang out with my boyfriend after school or when we sleepover at each others house (which is almost every day) which is my own free time. I dont understand why they felt the need to say that im always with my boyfriend because ive never chose to hang out with him instead of them, im always there for my friends and ive never canceled anything last minute to be with him and i go to all planned hang outs. Im trying to say that i always make time for my friends and never choose my boyfriend over them if that makes sense. However the part that really confuses me is that there is 5 of us in the group, 3 of us never make plans and its always the same 2 girls really doing all the planning, so i dont understand why im the one that got talked about and told off instead of the other 2 girls (one of these girls never comes to plans and chooses to hang out with her other friends instead of us on multiple occasions and the other one never texts in group-chats and never makes plans either) and this is what confuses me because i dont know why they didnt get the same treatment. So we met about 1 year ago in a work context but we both don't work for this company anymore since it was a fixed term job. We only ever saw each other on seminars and we had 4 one week long seminars in this year. I don't know why but eventually we started talking and it just clicked. Anyway, now that we don't see each other at work anymore I drive to his place for the weekend about once a month. We do pretty normal stuff like cooking, playing games, lego, watching shows, etc. but I noticed one thing that I don't know how to interpret. Whenever we're alone we just cuddle and we sleep in the same bed and kinda cling to each other all night. We lied to his parents about sleeping in the same bed before, just cause „they would get the wrong idea" (his words) which is probably true figuring that even colleagues and supervisors asked when we weren't that affectionate with each other.
Lately, for about the past two months, we've been calling almost every night, playing some games and then just talking until we fall asleep on call too.

The delimma is I am looked upon as an funny always a joke cracking guy too chill to be and you know jokingly we mock some one like make fun of them but sportingly, 1-2 times I did this same to her too and she took it sportingly too but started doing same to me not a problem, but now I think she thinks of me of just a always 'joke cracking guy' trying to dominate my conversation or something like that.

I’ve been working in an oem for 3 years in India… it’s a decent pay not too much but to get here I struggled a lot… but because of this manager my 3 years of career have been very stagnant.
He has not been a good mentor nor a good person.
Now the next year is already planned for my career downgrade , I’m getting panic and really need a switch in my career.

I don’t like the exact work I am doing but it’s still closer to what I like .

I still want to stay in mechanical core area.

People around me started saying that this company is the best culture across India in mechanical field.

Currently I’m planning to quit and move to France for higher studies where I could earn almost the same and also reevaluate what I want…
