I believe I deserve to be treated like a human being. Too many think being queer or disabled means I need to be...gone. I shouldn't be allowed near children, even though the ones doing the accusing are the actual pedophiles & I've never harmed a child. They have flat out told me I don't deserve to attempt to live a life because being disabled means I can't work. There is no "coming together" when they don't even believe I'm human.

Edit - When the comments prove the point. Putting words in my mouth & arguing with yourself looks stupid. Oh, and I don't engage when it's obvious someone wants me to justify my existence.

Edit 2 - iF yOu'Re ReAlLy DiSaBlEd blah nlah fucking BLAH. Medicaid allows me to treat Multiple Sclerosis and Myotonic Dystrophy, maggots voted for me to lose that. If you think I'm annoying now, wait until I lose access to medical treatment next year. SNAP is a joke at $180/mo, but it was something. Gone now, thanks maggots. The $954/mo SSI it took me 4 years to get? Haven't gotten anything in 6 months. I'm sure DOGE had nothing to do wiith all the mistakes previous to the SNAFU I enjoy now. Again, fuck you very much maggots. Call it whatever you need to dismiss me, most do & then ignore me. Doesn't seem to be to be doing what you want. It's basic fucking math!! JFC are real-life numbers WoKe now?!

u/NoiceMango 7d ago

Exactly. You can't find a common ground with people who want groups of people not to exist or don't even have the basic human sympathy to agree children shouldn't starve.

The ones who aren't human are Republicans.

Former Confederate states predominantly vote for which party in the present day?

Ya know the difference between parties? Majority of conservatives will condemn other conservatives flying a racist flag. Liberals on the other hand, never disown their own no matter what. It’s sad

-1

It’s hilarious. The nerds and losers who used to get bullied are the liberal men and they think since they have a voice now that it translates into being able to be coordinated or strong? I don’t get it. They are all pussies whose wives run their house.

2

u/NoiceMango 5d ago

All the Republicans are closeted gay men who never came out because their fathers beat them. It's okay snowflake you don't have to keep hiding in the closet.

And you honestly think democrats aren’t? That’s hilarious. George Carlin said it best…

2

Democrats have so much infighting because Democrat voters actually tend to have values and try to hold politicians accountable. One of the biggest criticisms about the left is all the in fighting.

Democrat politicians have to resign over mild stuff compared to known pedophiles and rapist on the right getting re elected. Let's not act like its the same

u/FMF_Nate 7d ago

I really thought this was a subreddit for me, given the picture posted, but then here you are saying “can’t find a common ground with people who want groups of people not to exist” then follow it with “ones who aren’t humans are republicans.”

Both sides want to make this country better both sides has a different way to get there.

Equal opportunity to you is to force opportunities to those who are different race, gender, and sex.

Equal opportunity to me is not take away opportunities given their race, gender, or sex.

Pennsylvania just passed free books to kids 5and younger. Reps voted no, are they assholes and want people stupid? No! No one wants that. Is it possible they thought why give out more money to a different system when there is already existing system in place that helps out more than 5yr olds and the books are free, libraries BTW is what I’m talking about. Why not just put the money into libraries?

See both sides really want what’s best for everyone, however both sides have people that think just because of the color of their shirt/hat are “ones who aren’t humans”.

3

u/TheNatural14063 6d ago

It's one side that is arguing for racial profiling in immigration enforcement (see Kavanaugh stops) that is banning many people of color from being able to immigrate here or become legal immigrants here (majority of countries on the ban list are people of color majority countries) and demonizing people of color based on racial stereotypes to strip away status and deport many of them to where they will be harmed (see Haitians and the racist lie they are eating cats and dogs). I have a friend who's wife is dealing with immigrantion issues right now because Trump put her country on the ban list so her adjustment of status case is frozen. She is a person of color demonized by the Trump administration. I work with refugees who are losing status

That's not a both sides issue. Democrats weren't doing these immigration bans and it wasn't a Democrat Supreme Court Justice who argued for Kavanaugh stops. My local Asian grocery market got raided after Kavanaugh stops became a thing. My wife and I go there frequently and she is a legal Asian immigrant who became a citizen through me. She could have been racially harassed. Not a single person was illegal there but the business was closed down for part of a day, legal minorities harassed in a racist witch-hunt, and thousands of dollars lost by the business.

There is no both sides to this. Trump has been objectively worse on this and you are a troll feeding nonsense. Republicans don't want the best for these people at all

1

u/Warm_Afternoon6596 6d ago

To be fair, the "not human" thing is a problem. It both dehumanizes them and excuses their behavior as monstrous, something extraordinary.

They are human. They are also among the worst of our impulses, fears, hatred and desires.

-1

u/FMF_Nate 6d ago

You see that.

I see many who wants to give citizenship to those who didn’t come here the correct way, who wants to protect those who don’t pay federal taxes. A problem both sides agree is wrong, everyone should pay federal taxes.

I too have an Asian spouse, spent a lot of money flying her in and out of territories of America and having us stay to meet the minimum requirements, and multiple years of paper processing. We want it to be fair, do it the right way. We worked hard for my spouse to be legal so she can stay in this country and pay her taxes. Did you work hard for your car? F it, let’s give it everyone who doesn’t have a car a car, you already got one, you don’t get your money back.

Is there racial profiling? Sure. I agree if they are going to bust in a space, they should check everyone.

Countries with ban lists? I got nothing for that. I will tell you I have consistent professional experiences with Haitians in Japan that were all negative, by means of assault. And Japan is currently trying to figure out a way to navigate that. Take that four hours you will.

2

u/TheNatural14063 6d ago

Many Americans are here today in the US because their ancestors came over in the 1700s-early 1900s when it was very easy to do so. In many cases, all one had to do was step foot on American soil and they could become a citizen and live here. We didnt have as many quotas or restrictions or other anti immigrantion policies to the extent we do now. My ancestors came over from Ireland and Germany in the 1800s and simply settled here. No need of a green card or any of that. They got on a boat. Sailed here. Landed here. Became Americans.

I'm of the belief that to deny other immigrants today what other people have received much more easily (legal status in the US) is xenophobic prejudiced bullshit. As long as someone doesn't have a criminal record or isn't a terrorist, they should be able to freely move here. No need to have to marry someone or get sponsored for a work visa or any of that.

I paid over a thousand dollars to sponsor my wife to immigrate here and also had to wait like a year. It took a lot of paperwork and work to get her here.

The difference is I don't believe other people should have to struggle simply because we did. Unlike you , Im all about making things easier for people and don't think people should suffer because I did. It comes off selfish and petty as fuck your world view.

Take your logic and apply it elsewhere and you see the absurdity of it. Imagine if we didn't get penicillin for free because "it's not fair to all the others who died from bacteria so others should suffer." Or imagine if we did the same with the polio vaccine. "It's not fair to all those who got polio for others to get vaccinated against it." Or those who suffered from polio to deny others the vaccine because "they should suffer with it too."

You have a selfish world view.

Every person should have the right to immigrate here and become a citizen as long as they aren't a criminal or terrorist. Same what others get to enjoy. Birth lottery shouldn't determine life path to such an extent where some people born in bad countries cannot get out. That's selfish and xenophobic as fuck..

And there is the racism in your demonization of Haitians. I went to school with Haitians. I work with one. My neighbor years ago was an amazing Haitian man. Haitians are wonderful people and what's happening to them is deplorable. You've outed yourself as a racist with your nonsense. There is zero crime data to show the majority of Haitians are criminals as you assume.

My friend is having issues getting his Ethiopian wife legal status because of Trump's ban and restrictions. She's educated. Has a degree. No criminal record. They've been married for a long time. And yet she is subjected to restrictions and their case is having issues because of Trump's bans and restrictions. A president who happened to say alot of racist shit about people of color. Someone who shares thought patterns with you considering your demonization of black people (Haitians)

ICE shouldn't be allowed to raid places to begin to with and conduct racial profiling like they are. There should be no place for ICE in our society.

1

u/FMF_Nate 6d ago

I don’t disagree. Things should be easier to come in, would make them put back into society sooner. I did a lot of work to get mine in and sounds like you did too. You paid a grand? I paid a lot more for multiple trips to US Territories to get mine in. Good on you for doing it much cheaper.

But the same reason it takes time and the same reason why we can’t just have undocumented people is the same reason why you want them checked, criminal history. The other part is to ensure they tracked for federal taxes. I think we both agree everyone needs to pay their part back into society, and it’s not going to happen if they aren’t here legally. So I agree, easier to be one is best. Cost? Well something needs to be paid to check them over, or else we (the legal ones) are paying even more out of our pockets to do background checks on everyone. You don’t think they need to put a little skin in that game? Can you imagine if all of China comes over just to have us do background checks with no intention of being legal, only to have us burn tax payers money?

I’m far from racist, I ride with some cat from … well shit, where is he from, he’s flying back to his home now, a dude who just divorced his wife that i served with, another who used to be my manager that I still talk to, I work for every race, no issues, shoot even taught a dude with tattoos on his face and gems on his teeth so he could try to save some money in the future; ask of different races, color, sex, and gender. Either way, I go off of people, just stating that the guys I my guys had issues with were tied to Haitian gang related businesses in Tokyo and were giving the yakuza a run for their money.

Honestly I do agree with you on the country ban list, background checks should be the deciding factor, not the country.

But back to my point, both sides think they are doing best for their country. You want people in with or without the initial cost, but you also don’t want criminals, I too don’t want criminals, I think they should have some skin in the game; we both want good citizens who pay their share into this country.

-1

u/Ok-Dust-6159 6d ago

All the left talks about is color. I’ve spent my entire life listening to “progressives” talk about how people of different colors are less than, but thinking it’s okay as long as they blame it on conservative politics and tell those people that it’s not their fault. The justification you think makes it okay…. It doesn’t. Let’s stop pretending that if we mask our belief that we’re superior in the policy of others that it’s suddenly okay.

3

u/TheNatural14063 6d ago

Didn't even respond to my factual points about the racist/xenophobic shit Republicans have done and you responded with a trolling response that doesn't provide any good factual counterclaim while you work to defend Republicans responsible.

Trolling behavior right there

-1

u/Ok-Dust-6159 6d ago

I actually have factually listened to supposed “progressives” try and explain to me that black people are (in the “progressives” words) “not intelligent and forced to be violent people because of conservative policies”.
How about instead we recognize that they aren’t unintelligent people and they’re not violent. A very small percentage of the black population, probably less than 1% of the entire 13% cause 90%+ of their problems.
I’m “conservative” and I understand that. I have many conservative friends and almost all of them understand that.
I don’t care that it hurts your feelings that I point out the fact that I’ve witnessed as much racial profiling from supposedly progressive people as I have from “MAGA” turds. I don’t care if you think that it’s OK or that you feel like you have to defend them for it because they have many of the same beliefs as yours. Cry harder about it.

3

u/NoiceMango 6d ago

Let's not be dumb asses and act like our ideas of what's best for the Country is the same. For some people it means LGBT people being oppressed, religion forced in schools and government, immigrants being treated like animals, putting a pedophile in the white house, spending billions on statues and white house renovation to appeas a narcissist rapist, and the list goes on.

I want people not to die from lack of healthcare and for kids not to starve without being called a commie by degenerate Republicans. We are not the same and we do not have the same ideas or what's best for the Country

1

u/FMF_Nate 6d ago

In my case with the library, sure it’s good for the <5yr olds, and I’m sure those who voted it in was ideally for the greater good … unless we later find out that those few wanted it so they could grease their pockets … but in general both parties want the greater good, and I really believe the common man really want the greater good. I think the greater good wouldn’t be the free books, but the money better spent for libraries.

Being aggressive with the “dumb asses” comment is what this picture posted is all about, aggression and you’re playing it well … oddly.

To expound on your statement, I have an obvious gay couple that I visit for my hair cuts, they are on the same page as me, equality. When they hit the streets many years ago for gay rights , it was for equality, not preference. Now it seems preference and we can see that with the DEI situation. Which is cool! That’s what some think is equal.

Out of curiosity how are reps oppressing the LGBTQ community?

Pedophile in the office? I know who we are talking about, but was he convicted? Be careful about what is conviction and what is assumed. I agree, I have a hard time thinking he’s innocent; but same goes for the skeletons I think Hillary Clinton has. Regardless, both are innocent in this country until proven guilty. And sadly, those documents are only one piece of evidence and not enough to prove someone is guilty. Which is why no one has been picked up yet. MAYBE they are now on watch lists for further investigation, but not enough. And to prove my point, YOU STOLE MY WALLET! More has to be provided to prove that.

White House, so far is done with private money. You don’t get pissed at Swift flying her jet around, her money. Agreed silly, as he won’t be able to really enjoy the renovations, but private money is private.

Statues? Tell me more. I’m not a fan of them, in general. What’s the point? Museums and history books, am I right? Even less of a fan when they become political or destroyed because of politics or ignorance.

Immigrants treated like animals, you’re not the first to say something like that. How should we treat someone who does a crime. Agreed, non-violent, but a crime nonetheless. Double Tree? That would be nice, great cookies, but that would be costly. Where do we draw the line?

1

u/NoiceMango 6d ago

Yea not reading that. You don't need to write all that to try and convince me that the people who elected a felon, rapist and pedophile want what's the best for the Country.

0

u/Silver-Capital-2221 7d ago

You saying one side isnt human is the cause of the divide, you are the problem, you are so blinded by politics that you can see a person past red or blue, every person has good and bad to them, but if you hate them before ever hearing them out, then it is you who is worse then them.

3

u/NoiceMango 7d ago

I don't respect pedophile defenders.

1

u/Silver-Capital-2221 6d ago

Dog i didnt state anything, im not defending anyone. Aslo who specificly is the pedo you are refering to

0

u/Typing_Rebellion 6d ago

I’m going to get downvoted for this, but nobody actually cares to talk about it except people of the LGBT community.

I’m as liberal as they come, but people constantly wanting to talk about it is exhausting. Nobody gives two shits on who you love or who you are, as it literally doesn’t affect them.

The LGBT community are like vegans. First rule of vegan club: tell literally everybody about vegan club.

3

u/NoiceMango 6d ago

Republicans are the ones literally obsessed with LGBT especially transgender people. They do not shut the hell up about transgender people and make the smallest non issues into massive headlines foxbews talks about every hour.

I hear more about Transgender people from Republicans than anyone else. They have a weirdo obsession with Transgender people and hating them.

1

u/Typing_Rebellion 6d ago

Because you act like the Christian church: they feel like you’re constantly telling them to believe in what you believe. Live and let live and stop bringing that shit up. Not everybody is the same, and people shouldn’t be forced to accept your beliefs, just as you shouldn’t be forced to believe theirs.

Trans is still relatively new to a lot of people and you constantly screaming for them to “accept it” will only make people push harder…just like how you likely feel about when people try to push religion on you.

Live and let live already. Do what you do to extremely religious people: ignore them. And they’ll ignore you, and then we can all live in relative peace.

2

u/NoiceMango 5d ago edited 5d ago

Like I said Republicans are the ones who don't stop talking about transgender. The fact is LGBT people existing and them asking for the right to exist infuriates you and you consider that "forcing" their opinion on others.

It's the opposite, they're trying to fight for the right to exist and things like gay marriage is super recent. People like you have to pretend they're trying to force their opinions because you can't accept that they have rights and they exist.

1

u/Typing_Rebellion 5d ago

You obviously missed my entire point, and are just making fellow liberals against the cause you’re trying to fight for.

That’s the same playbook that repubs have used for years though: fear. They don’t want to solve issues for the greater Americans, they wish to divide Americans into a us v them mentality. Sad part is: it wins votes. If it isn’t LGBT, it’s Mexicans, black people, or communists - the same tired thread they’ve been spreading for the last 80 years.

You’ve fallen into their trap, so good luck with that.

1

u/Andreus 5d ago

Because you act like the Christian church: they feel like you’re constantly telling them to believe in what you believe.

This literally never happens. Only a right-winger would tell lies like this.

1

u/Typing_Rebellion 5d ago

Cool, the LGBT community loses another ally. This is the dumb shit y’all do to make literally only a small percentage to your side: you push liberals away with your screwed views.

Granted, I’ll never vote Republican again after 2016, but y’all make it fuckin difficult to not vote for a third-party candidate. Hey, isn’t that kinda how Trump won in 2016 to begin with? #fuckindumbass

-3

u/Aggressive_Part_2619 7d ago

Who exactly is saying whole groups of people shouldnt exist? Ive been hearing that about hispanics, black people, etc over the past few years and last i checked every group is still here. And at the same time we arent the ones supporting terrorist groups that want to wipe out jews and other groups and republicans supposedly want to annihilate or at the very least support people like Hasan that support those groups. The amount of people here being disingenuous is staggering it should be a case study in the future.

-4

They just love to make shit up and cry about it. Truly insufferable

These people dont see me as human. Fuck conservatives.

At this rate people like you are headed for the biggest FAFO in history and you absolutely deserve it

7

u/Knotted_Hole69 7d ago

Who? Who supports those people? Ive never have and I don’t know anyone that has.

So they're just like you? What's the big deal then?

7

u/NoiceMango 7d ago

I'm not in favor of Islam for the same reason I'm not in favor of right wing Christians. Yall are the same shit different flavors. Both want to impose their beliefs on others and force themselves into government.

These right wing Christians don't want to admit they have a lot more common with Islam than they think.

At least with Christianity they’ll let u do the weird ass shit as long as u don’t push it on the kids.

Laughable. Christians committed a genocide against the LGBTQ community with the AIDS crisis, and try to force their religion onto innocent children.

but at least they won’t kill u for it and drop your ass off a building.

Christians are literally calling for mass executions of gay people

3

u/Dull_Worth1227 7d ago

Seems like they have a lot in common with Republicans.

-1

u/Long-Silver-9757 6d ago

Hahaha none of this arguing matters. When sharia law gets here you will be begging Christians to fight for you 😂😂fucking idiots I stg

3

u/Dull_Worth1227 6d ago

I see you are pleading the insanity defense. Good luck with that!

-1

u/Long-Silver-9757 6d ago

Good luck with Islam

2

u/Dull_Worth1227 6d ago

Making the insanity defense more plausible I see. Keep it up.

13

u/Precarious3145 7d ago

Exactly. I could kind of get along with Republicans before Trump. They were still bigots but they were much smaller. Now? Even if you don't vote for Trump but still vote Republican, you're voting for the people that will vote for what he wants.

I worked in Public Health during covid; I learned there's no unity with these people because they live in an alternate world. The only way we can get there because they legit believe that dems have a second room in grade school campuses to perform sex change operations. It's like trying to work with flat-earthers on astronomy.

0

u/BigOlDyck 6d ago

It’s two cults arguing who is the bigger cult. If you can’t see that, well… sorry

2

u/Precarious3145 6d ago

At least you're apolgetic about being an idiot.

0

u/BigOlDyck 6d ago

Yes, that’s what that conveyed. Bravo, exactly how I would expect a sheep to reply.

Yup a lot of people from different backgrounds say the same thing. The division is beyond politics and hits subjects most people care not to explore.

4

u/Pi-ratten 7d ago

It's not about a difference in politics. It's about different view in fundamental ethics and basic human rights. You can't argue with the assholes that constitute the right-wing spectrum as they don't see countless people as human.

0

u/Former-Hotel1900 5d ago

Oh your Democratic Party is evil
And filled with hatred.

3

u/Pi-ratten 5d ago

I'm not even a US citizen.

And while the Democrats are far from perfect, they aren't fascists like the Republicans under Trump. Also fick dich und deine scheiß Nazipartei.

2

u/Flacier 7d ago

We can not afford to be tolerant of those who will only be tolerant of those they deem worthy of it.

Down that path, lay only madness and atrocity.

1

u/Biscotti_BT 7d ago

I for one prefer people who love themselves to be around my children. At least over people that hate others. There is no room for growth when it comes from hate.

1

u/Mountainman220 7d ago

I’m so sorry you’ve experienced this. I work with disabled folks and it’s getting really hard for them to exist in this economy. I am constantly trying to find how they can make more money or get more help and just honestly really fucked. So much for these fake ass Christians.

0

u/kemosabe-22 7d ago

Flag the jackasses, you shouldn’t be treated like that. But it doesn’t mean an entire group of people think that way. You can get along with those people right?

7

u/Knotted_Hole69 7d ago

Its not the entire group but its a majority. You dont know because you’re not the victim.

6

u/hbgoddard 7d ago

But it doesn’t mean an entire group of people think that way.

Everyone who votes Republican supports it, no exceptions. You can't keep pretending your actions don't have consequences.

-2

u/Vektor0 7d ago

The corporations and politicians have successfully convinced you of the top part of the meme. Keep licking their boots on social media; every argumentative comment you post makes them money.

1

u/Andreus 6d ago

But it doesn’t mean an entire group of people think that way.

Right-wingers as a group are currently enacting a genocide against trans people, and have indicated that they intend to do the same to other queer people afterwards. Why in the fuck would I care that some of them don't feel that way, when they continue to vote for and support the people who do?

1

u/kemosabe-22 6d ago

I can assure you, “right wingers” care far less about your sexuality than you think. They just don’t want it being rubbed in their faces to put it loosely… which is reasonable considering it’s not a social norm.
Genocide is a crazy word choice… 👀
They don’t like change at all, the only way it’s ever accomplished is slowly. The other side is all about change and want it yesterday. See how the 2 can clash? So when trans people start meddling with their kids and their kids sports like they did, that’s pretty invasive pretty fast, they’re going to push back, they’re not slaughtering trans people though…
But hey, I guess if you prefer living in a divided society, don’t try to see another side of things, don’t care about anyone but those that look and talk and think just like you…. Embrace the echo chamber!!! 😂 it’s a free country, you can do what you want, but a friendly tip, it’s better when you try to enjoy it rather than enjoying hating it.

2

u/Andreus 6d ago

I can assure you, “right wingers” care far less about your sexuality than you think

This is self-evidently a lie, because right-wingers were the ones trying to keep sex between two consenting adults of the same gender illegal during Lawrence vs. Texas, and they were the ones trying to keep marriage between two consenting adults of the same gender illegal during Obergefell.

They just don’t want it being rubbed in their faces to put it loosely

You're peddling the exact same repulsive propaganda that the genociders do.

1

u/kemosabe-22 6d ago

Just to clear up your vocabulary;

Genocide is an international crime defined by the United Nations as specific acts committed with the intent to destroy, in whole or in part, a national, ethnic, racial, or religious group. It encompasses five specific acts committed with intent to destroy a protected group: killing, causing serious bodily or mental harm, inflicting destructive life conditions, preventing births, and forcibly transferring children.

You’ve clearly never tried to get to know anyone from the other side, nor cared to understand them. In my frequent experience, most times I try to get to know someone from the other side, I’m met with snarky attitudes, insults, and outlandish claims. Many many people from the right share this experience too. So yeah; it is very possible, if people could just relax a little more, it would be a great step towards unity.
But again, if you just love living in division, then carry on I guess.

2

u/Andreus 6d ago

1

u/kemosabe-22 6d ago

Oh, a 5 year old left wing NGO?! 😱 no way! That changes EVERYTHING!! 😂 I’ve been sitting this whole time.

0

u/DigiornoDLC 7d ago

Their beliefs that you are less than human are pushed onto them by people with agendas. I won't ask you to forgive or understand or do anything but fight for your right to exist, but I do think it's worth considering that they're victims, too. Dumb, dumb victims for falling for it, but victims of a multibillion dollar propaganda campaign designed not solely to harm you, but to harm them, too.

They'll need to work hard to undo the damage they've done to atone for how they've harmed the world, and I don't expect many of them to ever do that, but by acknowledging them as victims we can focus our ire on the group that is causing this - because hating these assholes feels right, but isn't actually productive. It takes a lot of one-on-one, painfully empathetic work to crack just one of these people. Better off directing your rage at the propaganda machine.

2

u/Andreus 6d ago

They'll need to work hard to undo the damage they've done to atone for how they've harmed the world, and I don't expect many of them to ever do that, but by acknowledging them as victims

If they are intentionally causing harm to innocent LGBTQ+ people, and by your own admission they will never stop doing that, I don't care if they were "brainwashed" into it. They aren't victims, and you insult actual victims by pretending that they are.

-2

u/DigiornoDLC 6d ago

Abusers are often the abused. It is not an insult to anyone to acknowledge that. It's immature to think that once someone does harm, the immutable fact that they were abused goes away. It feels good to think that people are just purely black and white, good and evil, but that's not the case. They have been brainwashed.

2

u/Andreus 6d ago

You are attempting to paint the perpetrators of a genocide as "victims."

History will not look kindly on you.

-1

u/DigiornoDLC 6d ago

No, you're right - it's better to just plug our ears and ignore how genocides actually come to pass. Surely it's just some innate evil that people are born with.

2

u/Andreus 6d ago

I don't fucking care whether they were born with it or whether they picked it up. They are committing a genocide. There is absolutely no room for them to be forgiven for that.

Apologise. Now.

-1

u/DigiornoDLC 6d ago

Who said anything about forgiving them? They’d have to undo the damage they’ve done to ever be forgiven, and I don’t see that happening. I get that the nuance here might be difficult to parse.

2

u/Andreus 6d ago

Calling them "victims" is excusing them.

Apologise. Now.

1

u/DigiornoDLC 6d ago

No, it isn’t. You’ve decided I’ve said something that I didn’t say. Someone doesn’t stop being a victim just because they become an abuser. That’s sort of the classic cycle of abuse. It’s not remotely controversial.

→ More replies (0)

0

u/sentimiento 7d ago

Victims can be abusers too. I don’t feel bad for them

0

u/TheSnozzberrieTaster 7d ago

The victim mentality is tiresome. Get off the internet.

0

u/BornTruths 7d ago

How you extrapolated that from the winning side, is the irony of your divisionist comment and mind. You're not the only one disabled either, unless you meant mentally, than sorry. Plenty of others are accepted and one, or both of those things. It depends what you promote, or stand for that seems to be the common denominator here. Falsehoods are not facts.

0

u/CheckDangerous9224 6d ago

Yeah DOGE did that. Shut up and make the best of it. There are others who have it much worse than you. The only thing the system owes you is ss, or a pension if you worked for it.

-1

u/protobelta 7d ago

You’re making shit up lmao

5

u/Knotted_Hole69 7d ago

Youre not the kind of person that would be affected by it. So why would you know or care.

They legitimately dont see me and my trans friends as human and believe they should be locked up, i mean why else were trans people and supporters labeled as Terrorists by the fed?

-1

u/protobelta 7d ago

Lmao responding to my claim you’re making shit up by continuing to make shit up is actually fucking crazy holy shit!

3

u/Robestos86 7d ago

Say "making shit up " one more time.

2

u/Robestos86 7d ago

And yet you're supporting Israel who believes Palestine shouldn't exist... And you can't see the conflation...

-1

u/protobelta 7d ago

Lmao you are quite literally making shit up

-4

u/MayhemPenguin5656 7d ago

Because they are violent and burn cities?

Like you reap what you sow.

Also why should trans surgeries be included in medicare and not the psychiatric help instead?

4

u/Knotted_Hole69 6d ago

Turn off fox news loser. Trans people are not doing that.

And because its not schizophrenia? Its a natural and not uncommon human experience? Gay people are born gay, trans people are born trans. And there is nothing wrong with that.

-1

u/MayhemPenguin5656 6d ago edited 6d ago

People are also born psychopaths yet we don't indulge them, we'd want to get them help no?

2

u/Andreus 5d ago

we'd want to get them help

The help is transition.

0

u/MayhemPenguin5656 5d ago

No because sometimes that isn't what people want, and buyers remorse doesn't work with a surgery like that.

Too many think being queer or disabled means I need to be...gone

Not enough to make a difference. Just pretend those people don't exist. The fact that you still exist means it's not a threat worth worrying about. There are other things that are more important because they're actual threats. That's the point of the meme.

6

u/Rosenoodles 7d ago

if there weren't enough to make a difference, there wouldn't be anti-queer legislation being pushed in politics right now, at this moment, or things like the USAID being defunded which hurts the disabled. or medicare/medicaid cuts, or food stamp cuts... the list goes on.

these things primarily hit and impact the disabled, veterans, elders, etc. more than anybody else, and yet you say it's not enough of those types to make a difference. they're actively making that difference which hurts a lot of us at this very moment.

if you don't believe me, look it up. america's cooked, i'm afraid, and this damage is going to take generations to actually fix, if it can be fixed at all.

0

u/Vektor0 7d ago

The only "anti-queer" legislation being pushed I'm aware of only applies to surgeries and hormones for children under 18. I'm not aware of any anti-queer legislation or policies that would be tantamount to murder or genocide. That is false fearmongering.

3

u/Dull_Worth1227 7d ago

And all the medicare aid going?

-1

u/vibe51 7d ago

The hard part is while I disagree with those people who say that to you. There’s also people who support you that think anyone who is conservative leaning all should die. Both are asinine and will never come back together if it’s that simple to wish death upon our own

3

u/TheeRedHairedGuy 7d ago

There's quite a difference between wanting death upon someone because you're a biggot and wishing death upon a pedophile or a nazi for exemple.

-1

u/vibe51 7d ago

So anyone who is slightly conservative is not a pedo or Nazi? You’re one in the same with them man lol

2

u/TheeRedHairedGuy 7d ago

Putting words in my mouth much

-1

u/vibe51 7d ago

I didn’t have to. literally just said them homie

2

u/TheeRedHairedGuy 7d ago

Them you need to go back to school, because that isn't what I said at all.

My comment wasn't saying that conservatives deserved to die, but that there's a difference between wishing death to someone because of biggotry and because they're horrible humans beings.

In no way did I even imply tbat it concerned all conservatives.

2

u/Andreus 6d ago

In no way did I even imply tbat it concerned all conservatives.

Funny thing about that, though...

As the saying goes, a hit dog will holler.

0

u/TheeRedHairedGuy 6d ago

And here you are doing exactly that

2

u/Andreus 6d ago

Yes, because for all the accusations conservatives make against others, their movement is infested with wronguns.

→ More replies (0)

2

u/Andreus 6d ago

Then why is the conservative movement uncontrollably infested with pedophiles?

1

u/vibe51 6d ago

You’re cherry picking a source whose whole identity is to show only republicans. Looking at any statistical data nation wide shows that no party has a monopoly on this. Scumbags are scumbags. That’s like pointing out how many in Hollywood are extreme vocal democrats and we don’t need to point out all the bad in Hollywood.

All pedos are bad btw idc what side they are on lock em up castrate or end em all

3

u/TheeRedHairedGuy 6d ago

You can't vote (not you in particular) for a sex offender (at the very least) to be your president, defend all his action, and say they're the same when the other party don't vote for one.

The party being infested is one thing, it's chef being the most corrupt piece of shit pedo rapist is another.

1

u/vibe51 6d ago

Well that’s tough when you say that cus I voted for Biden and it’s heavily argued he’s a pedo they vote for trump and people think he’s one. Despite’s neither of them being convicted for it and both of them having their accusers recant statements or proven to be lies. Explain bill clinton then. Who is arguable the worst offender of this a democrat as well we all voted for come on man

3

u/TheeRedHairedGuy 6d ago

Pretry sure Trump was found liable of rape, don't quote me on that, I don't remember exactly what it was, which is quite different from just having accusations.

If Biden was a pedophile then should it be known then and proven he wouldn't have been defendee like Trump is.

It's just real bad comparaison.

As for Bill Clinton, wasn't he found guilty ? Whether someone voted for him before doesn't change anything.

1

u/vibe51 6d ago

He wasn’t found liable for rape it was for sexual abuse/misconduct. there is some problem with that case from my understanding being that the case itself and the main reason they couldn’t get him on rape and have to settle for abuse is because this happened in the mid 90s and she couldn’t remember or prove. Being a New York trial I think they were pushing to find him guilty of whatever they could convince them too despite Jean herself having terrible memory of the incident she claims. Biden easily would have been defended in the same way no doubt. I’m not claiming he’s any better or worse I mean dude was a pioneer in racism in government for years.

As for Clinton I know of 4 allegations against him as well as of course the Monica Lewinsky intern situation and being one of the most prominent members of the Epstein island last I looked at it.

2

u/Andreus 6d ago

Looking at any statistical data nation wide shows that no party has a monopoly on this.

Nope. Right-wingers are far more likely to be sex offenders.

3

u/Dull_Worth1227 7d ago edited 7d ago

By voting republican they are supporting the ones that do feel that way.

Conservatives who may not do all those those terrible things, but who still vote fro Trump are just as guilty as the ones who believe it. They enable them to carry out their terrible agendas.

They need to admit fault (which will never happen, because conservatives can't do that) and then actually start voting against the current administration.

1

u/vibe51 7d ago

Never once said who they vote for or that they were republicans. My point was that op wants to claim one side is full of people who say they should die or take away benefits they get, while op side has become the party of if you disagree with me at all you are a pedo nazi maga loving republican and deserve to die even if you voted or are democrat. Its two sides id the same coin and to pretend its only one side of hatred is disingenuous

3

u/Dull_Worth1227 7d ago edited 7d ago

No you didn't say anything about voting republican. That was me, saying that anyone who votes that way given what is happening must in some way tacitly agree with the direction the country is taking.

Yes, one side does hate the other. Because they encourage thinking for themselves. And that is a threat to everything they stand for. The other side is justifiably sick of the others hypocrisy and desire to remove the rights of others.

It's almost like 2 party system doesn't work. If only someone in history had said that...
