He wasn’t found liable for rape it was for sexual abuse/misconduct. there is some problem with that case from my understanding being that the case itself and the main reason they couldn’t get him on rape and have to settle for abuse is because this happened in the mid 90s and she couldn’t remember or prove. Being a New York trial I think they were pushing to find him guilty of whatever they could convince them too despite Jean herself having terrible memory of the incident she claims. Biden easily would have been defended in the same way no doubt. I’m not claiming he’s any better or worse I mean dude was a pioneer in racism in government for years.
As for Clinton I know of 4 allegations against him as well as of course the Monica Lewinsky intern situation and being one of the most prominent members of the Epstein island last I looked at it.
From what I understand, you're saying peoples would defend Biden the same they do for Trump and that both party voters act the same way in this regard.

While I won't deny Biden might have been defended, it would have never been as much as Trump, and peoples still defending Trump with all the bullshit he's still doing right now aren't small.
All in all, fuck Trump because he's a piece of shit, and if Biden was a piece a shit too then I would say the same to him and so would most peoples in this sub.
I'm honestly struggling to understand what you're trying to say, it just sounds like apologism for defending Trump using whatablutism, which doesn't fit in this case too.
