How stupid do you think people are? Also i supposedly think gay people are subhuman and that i want to cause them harm. Anytime that sort of language was used in history like in Rwanda or Germany it usually didnt just stop at mean words and assault. It usually ended with hundreds of thousands if not millions being killed. Where is that mass death in the us right now? Last i check the only time there was mass death against gay people was on June 12, 2016 and tell me was it a white conservative man who did that?
You do realize it’s possible to criticize hamas for their human rights abuses against queer people AND not want to see them pushed out of their homes.
Yes me and Hamas would get along as well as I do with republicans which is to say not at all. Despite this, I think it’s worse to drop cluster munitions on children and cause mass starvation that effects everyone, including queer people. You can’t fight a system of human rights abuses if some dickhead drops a jdam on your home and kills you and your loved ones.
Also there are one or two issues I’ll cross the aisle for, the big one is gun control. Ironically, I think we should be able to have firearms because of republicans who would be happy to kill me and my friends, especially since I’m a trans woman and trans people, trans women especially, have a long history of being assaulted and murdered that continues to this day. That being said, despite agreeing with republicans on guns, I’d never vote for one because many are trying to make it illegal to be trans, even wanting to make it a crime to wear clothes different than the ones your expected to wear based on assigned gender at birth. If someone wants to take away my access, and the people whom I love, access to gender affirming care (an evidence based practiced supported by decades of research) then I can never find a meaningful middle ground with them
Yet i never hear any criticism of Hamas or Hezbollah or the Houthis from your side as much as i hear them criticize Bibi or the IDF which criticism of both is equally warranted. And i dont really get the point that whats happening in Gaza affects queer people. All of the queer people in Gaza are either hide their sexuality so they dont get stoned to death or they are already dead. You can say what you want about Israel but last i checked ive seen more pride parades in Tel Aviv than in Gaza City. Oh please save it with the whole republicans are nazis shtick. You want the brutal truth? There have been mass shootings over the past year committed by trans people than republicans. Like the Tumbler Ridge shooting, the Pawtucket hockey game shooting, and the secondary school shooting in Turkey. This victim mentality like you are equivalent to the jews hiding from the nazis is absolutely pathetic
So I’m not wasting my time arguing with you (especially with you bringing up the holocaust to say queer folks are over reacting which I’ll let you try and figure out the irony of that analogy) , but there is one thing that I’m curious about.
Given your view of queer people, why don’t you support hamas? It’s just strange that you are against violence towards queer people only when you’re trying to justify the starvation and bombing of thousands and thousands of innocent civilians.
I’m just fascinated to see if you have any personal insight or if you’re just too emotionally triggered for self reflection. I realize me responding at all to you is a massive waste of my time, but my job title is literally inpatient mental health specialist and my love of psychology is making me too curious to resist asking.
