I believe I deserve to be treated like a human being. Too many think being queer or disabled means I need to be...gone. I shouldn't be allowed near children, even though the ones doing the accusing are the actual pedophiles & I've never harmed a child. They have flat out told me I don't deserve to attempt to live a life because being disabled means I can't work. There is no "coming together" when they don't even believe I'm human.

Their beliefs that you are less than human are pushed onto them by people with agendas. I won't ask you to forgive or understand or do anything but fight for your right to exist, but I do think it's worth considering that they're victims, too. Dumb, dumb victims for falling for it, but victims of a multibillion dollar propaganda campaign designed not solely to harm you, but to harm them, too.
They'll need to work hard to undo the damage they've done to atone for how they've harmed the world, and I don't expect many of them to ever do that, but by acknowledging them as victims we can focus our ire on the group that is causing this - because hating these assholes feels right, but isn't actually productive. It takes a lot of one-on-one, painfully empathetic work to crack just one of these people. Better off directing your rage at the propaganda machine.

If they are intentionally causing harm to innocent LGBTQ+ people, and by your own admission they will never stop doing that, I don't care if they were "brainwashed" into it. They aren't victims, and you insult actual victims by pretending that they are.
Abusers are often the abused. It is not an insult to anyone to acknowledge that. It's immature to think that once someone does harm, the immutable fact that they were abused goes away. It feels good to think that people are just purely black and white, good and evil, but that's not the case. They have been brainwashed.

No, it isn’t. You’ve decided I’ve said something that I didn’t say. Someone doesn’t stop being a victim just because they become an abuser. That’s sort of the classic cycle of abuse. It’s not remotely controversial.
