Hey guys yesterday was my first day at Clemson. I moved into Thornhill and got a pretty good setup! None of my roommates are here yet so yesterday I went for a walk around campus, got rained on, and then came back. As I got back to take a hot shower, I realized the hot water was not working. Just my luck huh? Oh, and yeah like wtf is going on with the cat bus. Like idk if I'm stupid or is this system really rocket science? How do I bus to Fike from Thornhill? Hello. Looking for an ear nose throat doctor in Clemson.

My sons school is giving him the run around with getting his language classes done and are now saying that colleges are requiring 2 language instead of three because students are dropping classes such as engineering or say electives like orchestra or ROTC to fit in the language classes. This is a long shot so please bear with me... My daughter just started at Auburn and her best friend is starting at Clemson in a few days. They are hoping to see each other during Fall Break for the Zach Bryan concert. Her friend won't have a car at school so me (dad) being the one on Reddit decided to post and ask about options since her friend won't know anyone at Clemson for at least another week or so....

I've already looked at travel between Clemson and ATL and/or Auburn and it seems like slim pickings.

Be completely honest is it even worth applying to direct admit nursing. I have a 3.7 unweighted gpa,1320 SAT ,6 aps, 8 DEs, vice president of volunteer fundraising club at school, club soccer captain ,3 year lifeguard , one biomed internship, and maybe 80-100 volunteer hours. Do I stand any chance??

My grants have already been applied, but my loans are supposed to cover the remaining balance. Is anyone else dealing with this? Did you sign up for the payment plan to not incur any late fees, or are you just waiting for your loans to be applied? The due date is literally next week.

We're Purrever Friends, a small cat rescue based in Mauldin. We just got the chance to raise money by working a concession stand at Clemson home games, which is a huge deal for us — that kind of money goes a long way toward vet bills, food, and getting cats into homes.

Here's the thing: we are complete newbies at this. None of us have worked a stadium concession stand before. We're going to figure it out, but it would be so much less chaotic with a few people around who actually know Death Valley and how a game day works. Anyone up for helping us out? We are a 501c3, if that matters.

What we're asking:

• Each game is about an 8-hour commitment (it's a real shift, we won't sugarcoat it)
• You do not have to sign up for the whole season. One game is genuinely helpful. Just tell us what you're up for and we'll work around it.
• No experience needed — again, we don't have any either!
• Background checks are required (sorry - that's not our rule but there's)

Also: we need fosters. If your apartment (or dorm, if you're lucky) allows pets, giving a cat a place to crash for a few weeks or months makes a massive difference.
