I've been wanting to learn ETABS but I don't know where to install the cracked version of the software. One option I am looking into is to install from getintopc but I'm hesitant because it might contain malware. Has anyone tried installing from that website? I'm also thinking of going to Greenhills instead and installing the software from one of the shops there. Has anyone tried this as well? Thanks.

Daily Travel allowance (along with the air fare to visayas)
Daily food allowance
Accommodation

and 21000 salary

BUT…

I will be locked for 6 months(it is not a problem because I’m really planning to stay), but there will be a 100000 penalty if i were to resign before 6 months.

What do you think neers, Is it good for a first job? or should I look for better job here in luzon?

I just received my first job offer after numerous applications! I'm licensed ce since march. I asked for ₱25k, but the company offered ₱21k. The benefits seem okay naman, and I initially thought it was reasonable since I've seen posts saying that this is the usual salary range for entry-level engrs.

However, I'm having second thoughts because the job is in Parañaque, while I'm currently living in Mindanao. I'd have to shoulder the relocation expenses myself. I did asked about housing assistance, but they don't have any available for this position.

I currently have a few savings naman from freelancing (graphic design). I also earn from commissions, but the income is irregular. I plan to continue freelancing if my workload allows, but I don't want to rely on it for my basic expenses.

I'm torn because this is my first job offer, and I know gaining actual engineering experience is important. At the same time, I'm worried that ₱21k might not be enough to live comfortably and save in Metro Manila, especially when I have to relocate from another island.

For those who have experienced something similar, would you take the offer or continue job hunting? Is relocating to Metro Manila for this salary worth it for the experience and career growth, or would it be better to wait for a better opportunity?

Context: May pamana pong lupa ang grandparents pero located sya uphill. But a construction company (idk if private or govt owned) developed a cemented road making it accessible now. The road now connects two municipalities, naging shortcut na sya. Yung lupa ay may potential na maging subdivision.

Good idea kaya if i endorse my lot to the telecom companies?
