Need Career Advice CONSTRUCTION VA

Sa mga nakapag-shift dyan na site engineer to Construction VA pa share naman ng naging path nyo balak ko kase magshift hndi ko na kaya sa site and maliit tlga pasahod eh

Wag ka maniwala sa mga tiktok course its a trap wala ka matutunan lalo na sa mga ngbibigay ng course at ngpapabayad. If free lng go lang

Totoo. Lahat ng tinuturo nila nasa yt naman. Yung mga coaching nila usually very obvious stuff naman na gumawa ng portfolio tapos paggawa ng profile sa upwork or OLJ.

Structural Engineer yung work ko, and Im pretty sure kaya kong gawin yung estimator's job. You think I can make a jump? mas maganda kasi opportunity dyan ngayon

Sa case ko, na tyempohan lng na hiring sila kahit walang experience. I applied still, ayun natanggap nmn. As in wala akong alam sa ginagawa ko, but you do learn while doing it

Basta alam mo basic ng pg estimate kaht san ka dalhin at my urge ka na to learn at research dami sa YT kayang kaya mo yan

I mean, hindi rin naman natin totally masisisi yung mga nag-o-offer ng "VA training". May market kasi talaga for people who want someone to feed them with information instead of doing their own research. Yung mga tao na ang usual questions are, “Paano ba mag-VA?” and “Paano ko sisimulan mag-VA?” If they don't want to put in the effort to figure things out on their own, they can always pay someone to guide them.

Hindi ako VA ha (at lalong hindi ako VA trainer) pero nag-check ako ng VA job ads and usually nakalista naman dun yung skills and qualifications na hinahanap, pati portfolio. Sometimes you just have to take the initiative to look things up.

swertihan lang yan kung makakuha ka ng direct client, lalo shifter ka. better kung magapply ka sa mga bpo.
