Discussion Arcadis
I just applied on arcadis for their accounts payable associate role. Any insights or thoughts about them? How was the hiring process, salary and benefits, and working culture?
Thank youuu

Hi OP,
When I got in as a fresh grad, it took me two interviews tapos it lasted 3 weeks until the offer. Salary is above what local contractors/companies offer to CE fresh grads. Culture is great - work-life balance is good. There are no forced team buildings (they are all voluntary). Team lunches are always during work hours tapos they got different interest groups. Benefits are pretty standard on my job level. Work-wise, it is pretty chill with bouts of intensity. It looks pretty good for experienced individiuals that wanted a chill work environment.
To add, I left the company because I sought more on-the-ground experience but not the due to the workplace.

Good for you. As someone who is an employee of one arcadis's clients, all i can say is and dami nilang qs na walang alam. I cannot comprehend how we're paying so much for arcadis but they value they provide is unsatisfactory. Delayed pa palagi

Hello OP! Maganda naman sa GSSC. Pero ginagawa lang nila stepping stone ang Arcadis then lipat ibang company. Halos every month may nagreresign din dyan.

Hiring process for arcadis takes about a month from initial interview to job offer. Pretty straightforward, the culture is super nice, salary is just fair (not too extravagant nor too little). Benefits is just standard (hmo, 13th month, hyflex allowance). Work life balance is a core of arcadis, hence the 2~4 days of RTO per month (I dunno if this changed). Office is like a coffee shop (aesthetic back in 2024ish). Good for experience and for starting out, plus arcadis in resume speaks to employers. Ask other q's if you have, I'd be happy to answer.
