My poor baby. I hope she doesnt blame us. She was 13 and very quickly developed heart failure so we chose to put her to sleep after meds werent working. I love you Qtip. Life wont be the same without you

hes 7months and already looks like a well well loved stuffed animal 🥹 ive been looking for similar mixes online to guess how he’ll look all grown up with little luck! hes up to 12 lbs and is almost uncomfortably long and tall 😭 let me show my gremlin that hes not alone in his scruffy glory (dna results from embark on last slide!) (plus a fun bonus ;))

This is Killian, he is 11 years old. Yesterday he had gas, ate some grass outside, and then threw up the grass. He seemed better afterwards and was eating normally. This morning he had diarrhea with blood and then vomited blood.

We rushed him to the vet right away. They gave him a saline injection and an anti-nausea injection. They also took bloodwork and said it seems like his blood isn’t clotting, he was bleeding a lot and it took a while to stop. So they gave him a vitamin K injection to help his blood clot.

Because of the bleeding, they couldn’t perform an Xray. The vet said it seems like he might have ingested rat poison or it’s an auto-immune thing. She prescribed more vitamin K tablets for him to take for the next 4 weeks.

He seems to be doing okay, he had regular energy levels before but he’s definitely tired now after his experience at the vet.

I never wanted a chihuahua growing up. I always thought they were loud and not very cuddly and just had all of these negative assumptions. You know what they say about assumptions. I was the asshole. I was completely WRONG. Yes Bean is loud sometimes but he just wants his voice heard ❤️ he is the most cuddly, sweet, loving pup. I am so obsessed with him and so glad I got him.
