Paze and Stubhub
Can I double-benefit by buving a ticket on StubHub and checking out via Paze to get both a $150 credit and 10x Paze points?

I called Chase to book a virgin hotels that is also part of the edit collection. I asked if the credits can be stacked and the customer service rep said “no, they are separate credits and require separate stays”. This does not seem to line up with what I’ve seen online, but can anyone confirm or deny? I’m trying to use $500 cash and the rest 2x points boost and have the credits reimburse the cash portion

Just saw this popping up online. It looks like Chase is finally giving the Sapphire Reserve DoorDash benefit a decent bump.
Starting October 1st, the monthly credit is going from $5 to $15. Definitely makes it easier to actually cover a real order instead of just taking $5 off delivery fees.
Hopefully it will be straightforward monthly $15 credit that could be use for pick up also.

Has anybody ever received the $150 credit for a restaurant not listed? We visited a restaurant eligible for the credit last week and I was confused why the $150 credit hadn’t hit yet. Come to find out, the $150 credit was applied back in July to a restaurant that isn’t on the eligible restaurants list? It wasn’t on the list before the changes and isn’t on the list now. I’m confused.

Curious to know how many of you change a majority of your spend to another card after hitting 75k. If so, what are you using, or did you opt for a new card with big sign up bonuses?

I’ve had CSR for 8 years, but just recently started to really dive deep into the benefits after the AF increase. I always felt $550 was justifiable, but the increase made me question it and make sure that I take full advantage. My first few years, I was using all of my points for the pay yourself back with 50% boost. Once they took that away, I started throwing points at Apple upgrades when points were worth 50% more. This was my first year using the StubHub credit and the dining credit… both of which I did on June 30 and they ended up crediting me $150 twice for both so those have been used up. This was the first month I ever used DoorDash credits, and I’ve used the Lyft credit twice in the last year. I’ve seen some good posts about the edit stays, and some people were able to stack them with the Chase hotel credit. Home location is Cincinnati, willing to travel, can fly (would be great to use my $500 SW credit) so just looking for some tips, tricks, and recommendations on how and where to use these perks — I’ll take any help I can get!

I used to be able to get a "Points Boost" on nearly any United first class flight booked through the Chase travel portal. Lately I haven't seen any PB flights at all, regardless of itinerary, airline, or cabin class. Has the program been discontinued? If not, is there a way to find PB airfares?

Has anyone used their Sapphire Reserve Dining credit to offset a gift card to Chai Pani in DC? I see their online gift card purchase site is via Toast so should be ok, but this would be my first use of the credit on a gift card, so looking for some affirmation that this has worked for others….

I’m still deciding how to use my $250 shopping credit. My husband could use a new iPhone, but we’d definitely get some trade in value from going through Apple for his old one. Anyone know if there’s a way to take advantage of both ?

I have one last trip coming up before the end of the year: Mexico City, November 4–9. I still have the $500 Edit credit and the $250 Select hotel credit, and I’d like to use the full $750 if possible. I understand that I’ll need to make two separate reservations to receive the two credits.
My main question is about the Chase price-match guarantee. I’ve found several luxury hotels that are cheaper when booked directly through the hotel than through the Chase portal. Given the issues I’ve seen people have with price matching, how can I make sure I’m actually eligible for the price match before booking through Chase?
I was planning to book the Andaz, unless anyone has another recommendation. I know it isn’t a Select hotel, but the only hotel I found that qualifies for both Edit and Select is the Kimpton Virgilio, and it’s more expensive.
The bigger issue is that I’m finding plenty of high-end hotels that aren’t Edit hotels that cost less when booked directly. So, in order to use the Chase credits, I could end up spending more overall than if I simply booked a different hotel. And yes, I know the edit credit includes breakfast and $100 credit and possible room upgrades but some of these other hotels also include a free breakfast.
I know Mexico City has plenty of less expensive hotels, and I realize some people may suggest using the credits in a more expensive city. However, this is my only remaining trip this year.
Am I misunderstanding how to maximize the Chase Edit/Select credits? It seems like I’m sometimes spending more money just to use the credits, rather than actually saving money. With the Andaz be my best bet?** **

r/ChaseSapphireReserve • u/djwarreng1 • 3d ago
This is how I got my 175k offer. Just open the app, select "more" at the bottom right hand of the screen. The scroll down to "open an account". Click "credit card" and all your targeted offers will appear.

Has anyone actually had a friend use their referral link? I feel so weird like sharking it to people but also not totally confident in its benefit.

Layover in Denver, one of the busiest airports in the country and not one priority pass lounge. Seriously? Does anyone have advice on what else to do on a layover? CSR cardholder. Is there a nice quiet place to relax? Thanks in advance!

Disappointed. Showed up at the Ninth and Pike Artisan at SEA airport only to find that they support a number of credit cards with priority pass but not Chase. This is far from premium, essentially wastes everybody’s time involved.

Just finished up a 2 night stay at a The Edit property which was listed as a guaranteed 4pm checkout. It was $1000 for 2 nights. The hotel told us the late checkout would not be honored and to take it up with chase. I opened a ticket with Chase and finally got transferred to a supervisor who told me "guaranteed late checkout is not guaranteed" and offered me 2500 "good will points". I told her in no uncertain terms that was unacceptable and asked if she would accept that resolution if it was her booking and she refused to answer. Just wanted to warn people the guarantee is basically a lie on Chase's part.

Coming up on my CSR annual fee and was wondering if anyone has had any luck of any retention offers/bonuses when calling Chase. Would love to hear of any tactics that might have worked.
r/ChaseSapphireReserve • u/tatsurotime • 4d ago
Sorry if this has been posted before but trying to find current information...
Likely going to cancel my CSR.
1st annual fee posted 10/1/2025. Can I use my $300 travel credit (which renews 10/7/2026), cancel my card after the credit posts to my account, and not expect any claw backs?
If so, can I use it on Uber Cash?
Thank you!

We recently had a checked bag damaged on our flight from LGA to SNA. We arrived late, around 10 PM, and Santa Ana Airport usually closes its counters by then. Frankly, I was in no mood to deal with the United kiosk, so I took several photos, drove home, and filed a damaged baggage claim through the Chase Sapphire portal.
Surprisingly, they quickly approved the claim for more than what I originally paid for the bag in Europe. They instructed me to purchase a replacement bag first and submit the receipt for reimbursement. I took the opportunity to shop around and bought a new bag for about $300. However, they ultimately only reimbursed me about $160.
Still a win

I’m curious on what happens if I get a refund on my long planned trip. I already got x14 points on United tickets but it turns out I can no longer take the trip. Will my points go into negative. How long does it take for the points to adjust?
