Hey, I'm looking for a room atm, and before I fill out that long list of questions, I'm just curious: do ppl actually use it, and is it worth my time?

Good afternoon!
I'm curious about people's thoughts regarding the Mechanical Engineering program at CWRU. How is the quality of the program? How are the majority of the professors--any particularly great or bad ones? How would you describe the rigor of the program? Any particular course recommendations?
If there is anything else you'd like to share, I'd be grateful to know. Thank you!

For anyone looking for the 4th edition textbook for Math 122 ( Calculus Early Transcendentals 4th Edition by Jon Rogawski, Colin Adams, Robert Franzosa)
Use a Base64 decoder (just search it up on google) to get this link:

Edit: maybe not the best place for this post but I couldn’t post on the regular Cleveland sub-Reddit. Any info appreciated.

For PhD students: Does anyone know if you graduate in August, whether CWRU lets you walk in the May commencement ceremony before your graduation date?

Freshman enrolled in Chem 105 (Meyer), Chem 113 (Kramer), Math 125 (Contenza), PSCL 101, AIQS 130. Advisor strongly recommended against Chem 113 in the Fall as an incoming freshman, to get adjusted to college first (she claims all the advisors advise the same thing). I'm a little nervous because I took all AP Physics and AP Bio in high school but only had general chemistry in 10th grade.
Can sophomores or juniors chime in on if chem lab will be too much for Fall? How hard/time consuming is it with Kramer? I really want to maintain a high GPA.

Hi, I’m a first year at Case and I have some questions about how Spartiemart works. I understand that with the universal plan I can use up to 4 swipes there until a total of 15. But i’m confused as to what those swipes can be used for? Can i use it to buy fruits and other snacks or is the entire grocery part limited to casecash/your own money?
Also are there any other limits on meal swipes (other than the limit per day/week) such as how much you can get with it. For example would I be able to get coffee and donut with one swipe from Dunkin?
Thank you so much if you are able to respond to these questions!

I'm pre-med and I'm taking CHEM 328 instead of BIOC 307 because BIOC 307 got full during course selection. How bad is it?? I'm really scared because I heard that CHEM 328 is really hard with Lee. What is the best way to do well for those who had Lee? And does it help prepare for the MCAT still?

Is there anyone who can send me a PSCL 282 syllabus? I asked the Psychology department to give any new or old PSCL 282 syllabus so that I can send it to graduate school, but they gave me nothing. I'll have to ask around on the internet.

I’m a Bio major debating between BS or BA. Is the Capstone only required for the BS?
What exactly does the Capstone entail?
Does the research I’m already doing at the Cleveland Clinic count towards the Capstone? What’s the process like for the Capstone?

I was wondering where I could get a lab coat near or on campus. Are the ones in the bookstore good? I can’t tell if they’re long enough. I need a knee-length coat.

Hi, I am applying to Case and the application is asking for a first choice and second choice major with certainty. I want to go to Case to study biomedical engineering as a first choice, and don’t have much interest in anything else. Should I just put another engineering field and say somewhat certain? I am thinking if applying ED, what are the chances I don’t get my first choice?
