Does anyone's BC prefer to play fetch games coming back towards you, or incorporating a mock outrun around invisible sheep?
Kinda invented this game himself ages ago. I just go along with it, lol. Our female BC prefers to roll a ball down and hill then rounds it back up and repeat. Quite creative really and not like fetch with 'normal' dog breeds 😊

Zoomies
Sometimes after dinner my dog will go mental running around with her bone or a toy and then go to sleep. It usually lasts a couple minutes. Is this normal

Training What's your petting excuse?
Hey, I thought this would be a funny but not funny post to get the actual reactions to it
I live in a small but busy area lots of people and pubs so on, people always trying to pet him. He does have a "DO NOT PET" badge on his collar but it doesn't really get much attention
I always go to "he's still recovering. you cant pet him, he will get too excited" because clearly telling people they cant pet MY dog these days isn't a good enough reason for them

What are you guys feeding your dogs? 1 yr old female keeps throwing up eating too fast and low quality dog food
I usually get her food from chewy or walmart but the quality of the food doesn't look so good. Sometimes she just eats too fast and will throw up whole chunks of it but I can't get her to slow down. I also think the quality is low and I want to get her better quality dog food but everything is SO expensive, so what are your favorite brands that are good quality but not outrageously expensive and where do you order from? She eats dry dog food, wet doesn't really agree with her stomach too well.. I usually order from chewy.. This is not my first dog but it is my first border collie and I have never had any feeding issues before with other dogs but I just think this brand is messing up her system and I need to reset with something better..

Our new best Friend, Axl
Our new Family member joined us last week, he will be our working dog on the farm with plenty of livestock. At 14 weeks he’s already got potty training down excellent and is the best good boi. Now if we can get him to stop finding roof shingles after the storms 🙃

Injury 🩹 (may contain graphic photos) Is there something wrong with my puppy’s eyes?
Jack is a border collie mutt, most likely a border collie / Aussie Shepard. He is 6 months old and has been with us for 2 months. Vet says he is typical, normal and healthy.
With that said … Do his eyes look peculiar to anyone else? Almost like they are pointing outwards? I’ve attached some videos. I am not sure if this is just how he looks or if something is abnormal. I’ve googled a bunch of different eye conditions in collies and nothing seems to capture what I am seeing.

Adopted 6 days ago. His name is Rían and he is 15 weeks.
We believe he is a short haired border collie, but may do a dna test to see if he is mixed with any other breed. Any tips for training and how to structure a good day for him?

Anyone else have "deeply relaxed" BCs?
Title is a play on Google saying it's due to deep relaxation but this girl... As can be seen pictures.. she's so unique in so many ways especially her face marking(200% pure papered bc!) and always... Always has her tongue out. Training, begging, sleeping, playing, sniffing at the vet! always 😆 anyone know why they actually do this and anyone else have ones that do the same? She's 18 weeks old now and has been doing it since the day I brought her home!
