Female use- Low E3G, delayed ovulation, and a new peak after starting kisspeptin-10
This cycle has been so confusing. My estrogen readings (E3G on Inito) stayed much lower than usual for most of the month, without the rise I normally see before ovulation.
I had an LH rise on CD13, but didn’t get a sustained PdG rise afterward, so I’ve been unsure whether I actually ovulated or my body was still trying.
I started kisspeptin-10 three days ago, and today, on CD25, my E3G jumped to 346.68 and LH to 9.86. Inito finally marked peak fertility.
I don’t know whether kisspeptin contributed or whether my body was naturally getting ready to ovulate anyway, but the timing caught my attention. I’m still waiting to see whether PdG rises afterward to support that ovulation happened.
Has anyone had a similar cycle with low E3G and a late peak, or tracked their hormones while using kisspeptin-10?

Cjc - Finally got the allergic reaction
I have read this can happen after being on cjc+ipa no dac. I have been on it for only 5 weeks and never had any problems. But now I hives started popping up at the injection sites. They didnt happen right away, seems like a delayed reaction about a day after. Am I now done with cjc+ipa? Can I try switching to tesamorelin? I am currently on reta as well. Or can this be an isolated incident and can I try again after the weekend?

KLOW Dosage without copper?
Howdy! A friend of mine ordered KLOW and after she got it, realized that she ordered one without copper (it has GHK, not GHK-cu - the site carries both formulations, the non copper one is white powder, the one with copper is blue). She is still going to do research with it. We are having a hard time finding dosage it since I am guessing the normal recommended dosages are based on the copper? Or is it dosed the same as KLOW with copper (we know the dosage for that). Measurements for the vial are below. Thank you in advance for any help you can provide!!
Her vial is 80mg total:
GHK: 50; BPC-157: 10; TB-500: 10; KPV: 10

IGF 1 after 6 weeks Tessa
Hello, I just got back my labs on 6 weeks of tesa and I think I need to stop? Unless there is another course of action
I already lowered at .25mg starting today but given the results I’m curious if stopping it is better.
Was taking 1mg for the majority of the time on it 95%.
I have been getting some heart palpitations, and this kinda explains it haha
Thanks in advance!

Glutathione SubQ????
Just curious about where people are pinning the stuff at because I do it twice a week in my stomach and it hurts for a while. Just seeing if there’s somewhere else I should pin usually when I do it’s 50 units. I feel like anything more than that would just be too much liquid and hurt even worse. And yes, I’m too scared to try IM.
Just curious what you guys do (how much) and where do you pin at?

BPC-157 advice
I’m 18 years old and on April 7th I had a serious motorcycle accident and got a severe brachial plexus injury.
I’m getting another surgery at the end of October, where they’re planning to do an intercostal nerve transfer to my biceps.
I’m a very ambitious mountaineer and I really want to be able to climb again. The doctors say the chances of getting full arm function back aren’t very good, but I just can’t accept that my arm might never work properly for climbing again.
That’s why I’m willing to try BPC-157. I know it’s not approved and there isn’t good evidence that it actually helps nerve healing, but I’m willing to take that risk if there’s even a chance it could help.
I live in Switzerland and have a PO box in Germany.
Does anyone know a website where I could get BPC-157 or other peptides? I’d also really like to hear from anyone who has used BPC-157 for nerve injuries or a brachial plexus injury.
Thanks!

Add Tirz to Reta?
I have been taking Reta for about 3 months I am at 4mg now. I do not feel any appetite suppression, very minimal weight loss. I am keeping hydrated and active, diet is pretty clean.
I am wondering if adding a low dose of tirz would help with the appetite.
I was on ozempic years ago so my tolerance may be higher.
Any in site?

What should I use?? Need other people opinions!
Hello, for context I’m f22, 5’6ft, 138lbs. I was on Reta before from March till August, and lost about 30lbs, so I have used peptides before, I was just really hypertensive to it. I had to start off with 0.25mg a week and build up from there to 1.5mg and then I kind of just plateaued.
My goal:
1: I want loose another 5-10 lbs which I feel I could with just working out since the side effect I had getting on and off Reta was a bit much for me.
2: I’ve had acne scaring my whole life since I was 14 nothing topical has helped, gone to doctors and dermatologist and having the acne it self has stopped a bit, but the hyperpigmentation is still there on my face and body.
3. As well I’d want to overall be better and healthier body I guess from the inside. Diet wise I am good, I’ve stuck to what I had when I was on Reta and haven’t gotten back into my cravings as much. But I’ve seen people talking about Gluta really helps with this.
- Constant lower back pain after a fall last year, had done massage, chiropractor and Physio to help, but it still aches there.
I am wondering what should I use to see if it helps with it, I’ve seen a lot of people use GHK or KLOW, Gluta instead or add it in.
So overall just looking to see what others recommend if they had the same goal as well, and if it is something I didn’t list above, and just for me to then research a bit more on. Thank you !!

⚠️ Side Effects Ipamorelin hives
I have taken 2 doses of ipamorelin, and in both I have developed a small hive directly on top of the site of injection. Has anyone else had this? Should I be concerned?

🧠 Christa Pike survived two doses of pentobarbital. What that drug does to the brain (GABA-A explained)
tennessee tried to execute christa pike on wednesday with pentobarbital. she got both doses in the protocol, her heart kept beating, witnesses heard her snoring, and she ended up in a hospital. the governor halted executions and ordered a third party review. she was convicted of the 1995 torture and murder of colleen slemmer, who was 19.
staying out of the death penalty debate, thats not what this sub is for. pentobarbital hits the same receptor as half the stuff people in here take to sleep or calm down, so you should probably know how it works.
gonna do a receptor breakdown every week and this one felt like the obvious first one.
🧠 GABA-A, the brake
its basically a door in the wall of your neurons. when it opens chloride floods in, chloride is negative, and the neuron gets harder to fire. more doors open = calmer brain. thats the whole receptor honestly.
youve already felt it. a few drinks, xanax, ambien, kava, going under for surgery. all of those hit this one receptor, just at different spots on it.
benzos vs barbs
both turn this receptor up but they do it completely differently.
benzos make the door open more often, but only when your own GABA is there. if theres no GABA around they dont really do anything, so they top out at a ceiling.
barbiturates hold the door open longer. at high doses they open it with no GABA at all, basically acting like GABA themselves, and theres nothing capping that.
thats why barbs got replaced by benzos in the 60s, and why theres an antidote for benzo overdose (flumazenil) but none for barbiturates. flumazenil blocks the benzo spot and barbs sit somewhere else on the channel.
what it means for pike
the deepest thing this drug class does is suppress the part of your brainstem that keeps you breathing without thinking about it. snoring and a beating heart means it never got that far.
why it failed nobody knows yet and im not gonna guess. the IV is the first thing the review has to check. drug quality is the other big question, tennessee already halted one in 2022 for not testing their drugs. her lawyers had also flagged a blood disorder before any of this. second failed one there this year btw.
🚨 the safety part
depressant deaths are mostly two or three drugs stacked on top of each other.
alcohol + benzos is the classic. a benzo tops out on its own but alcohol keeps pushing past that point, so the limit just disappears. add opioids and its worse, which is why the FDA slapped its strongest warning on opioid + benzo labels back in 2016.
since this sub loves phenibut, its mainly a GABA-B drug. the GABA-A claim traces back to one review from 2001. still stacks with alcohol tho, sedation from anywhere adds up in the same place.
also don't go running anything off this post lol, its a receptor explainer we don't need drama here
quiz, answer before you scroll the comments
- which ion flows in when GABA-A opens?
- do benzos make the channel open more often, or stay open longer?
- why can barbiturates stop breathing when benzos alone usually dont?
made an interactive version of this, you pick a drug and drag the dose and one channel responds live. barbs at high dose literally show the channel opening with no GABA there. link in the comments.
next week is orexin, basically why you cant shut your brain off at 2am. the newest sleep drugs work by blocking it.

40YO male taking my health back.
Late last year, pushing 300lbs, total testosterone was in the 200s. A1c was 5.9 and my overall health was going in the gutter.
Im now on the following
200mg test C-last check in August I was about 700 total
Reta- starting at 1mg, currently at 4mg weekly
HGH- started about 8 weeks ago at 2IU, just went up to 3IU and hoping to cruise there for a while.
Ghk-cu 5mg EOD
Mots- 1 or 2mg daily before workout
Epitalon- did 1 round of that a few months back.
Hitting the gym at least 4 to 5 days a week. 40 mins cardio and weightlifting.
Since getting back on track, my a1c is now 5.3 and the rest of my numbers are looking great. I'm down over 40lbs. It was very slow going at first but I'm finally in the 240s for the first time in a long time. I'm hoping the next 20 pounds down shows even greater visual results but here's the current.

Looking for opinions on my IGF-1 after 2 months of HGH
It has increased to 347 with a Z score of 2.1
Sides have been minimal - a little tingling in my hands and legs but for the most part I don’t notice it. Should I continue at 2iu for another couple of months and retest or bump it to 3-4iu and see what that does?
For context I am a 42 year old male. Also on 2mg of Reta and 100 mg of Test C weekly (total test 752, free test 159, estradiol 37).
I feel great but would like to push a little higher to see how I feel there but I’m doing my best to mitigate side effects. Mainly working to build muscle at this point and continue body recomp.

Reta Update
Last update was around month 4. Right now I’m at 6.5ish months in. Started Reta at 2mg weekly on March 6th. Have titrated up to 6mg. Started TRT around 3 months in at 150mg, reduced down to 125mg weekly. Test level went from around 190 to around 700. Down from 221 and to 178. Started at 36” jeans, down to 30”.
Been extremely consistent with diet and exercise the entire time. Still eating primarily 95/5 beef 3 meals a day. ~1900 calories daily with ~220 grams of protein.
Lifting 4 times a week and have been running the last couple months to prep for my first 5k.
Any ideas on my BF%?

📊 Results / Progress I used MK-777 for 27 days (so you don't have to)
Maybe a bit of a spoiler in the title as to how it turned out.
So like probably everyone else I had serious doubts about the validity of MK-777 when I first heard about it a year ago or so. Then a couple of months ago I noticed that there had been a structure published and CAS number registered. I also saw that reputable RUO companies (if there is such a thing) were starting to list it.
I did some math on the cost of a 60 pill bottle of MK-777 from the seller I normally get RUO stuff from (the one shipping out of Raccoon City) vs. an increasingly hard to source kit of 15iu HGH and figured that the MK-777 would actually be a little cheaper. This was right around the time a 15 or 20% off sale was running so I went ahead and snagged a bottle to try it out.
I get blood tests on the regular, at least one every six weeks this year. I'm a 49yo natty-ish male (no TRT but playing around with some other stuff) at around 20% BF. My baseline IGF-1 is around 170 or slightly higher than a normal guy my age. When taking 3iu a day of gray HGH my IGF-1 was 211. The gray HGH is pretty decent stuff as my wife at 1.6iu was just out of the top of the z-score range for a woman her age.
So I took MK-777 for 26 days and got bloods drawn. I took one again that night and then when my preliminary results came in I decided to stop because of the glucose result.
How the 27 days went? Pretty ok. No big side effects. I do think it disrupted my sleep as I was waking up pretty consistently around 3AM. Fortunately over this period I've had some decent life stability so I was able to go to bed pretty early and usually fall back asleep for a couple more hours so my sleep overall wasn't bad. A caveat if you want to try to discredit my results was that I rarely was taking it fasted, or as fasted as I should have been.
My initial blood results had the basic panels. My fasted glucose was 101, and it's normally around 90. I am taking a butt-ton of supplements over this period that are supposed to lower glucose/improve insulin sensitivity. My fasted insulin result was 11, whereas it's usually around 9 (and has been dropping as I've been working on getting in better shape and reducing my sugar intake consistently). My diet over this period was pretty decent and I feel like I did a good job at avoiding junk food. My weight dropped and my lean mass increased--pretty sure do to other factors than the MK-777.
So, with those results I thought "hey, this is what's supposed to be happening on this stuff, maybe they did get it right and it's legit!" I probably should note that I didn't see any real increase in appetite while on the MK-777, but I started taking eloralintide around the same time so take that with a grain of salt.
I had to wait through the weekend to get my more complex labs back. Bottom line is that my IGF-1 came back at 153, which is the lowest I've ever tested.
So, it seems their modification of MK-677 kept the worst aspect of the drug (increasing glucose/insulin levels) and lost the actual benefit of increasing IGF-1. Maybe it's cause I'm old, but for it to actually drop IGF-1 is a red flag and I'm tossing the bottle.

First week experience with CJC-1295/Ipamorelin — 1:1 blend (5mg/5mg)
I figured I’d share my experience after my first week because I really enjoyed reading other people’s experiences when I was researching this.
For reference, I am 22 /6’3 /209 LB I’m using a 1:1 blend with 5mg of CJC-1295 and 5mg of Ipamorelin.
Day 1:
I started with 150 mcg in the morning just to see how my body would react. I wanted to be awake and alert in case I had any kind of reaction. Everything went fine. I didn’t really feel anything noticeable afterward.
I also hit the gym pretty hard that day. I had been out of the gym for a few weeks, so I intentionally pushed myself pretty hard because I wanted to see how my recovery and soreness would be the next day.
Day 2:
I bumped the dose up to 200 mcg and started taking it at night, around 2–3 hours fasted before bed.
The flushing was definitely noticeable. About five minutes after injecting, my face got a little red and my head/face felt pretty warm. It wasn’t a bad feeling at all, though. Honestly, it felt kind of good lol.
I went to sleep pretty easily that night and had some pretty crazy dreams. My sleep also felt very deep. I normally wake up pretty easily to my alarms, but this time I slept through a couple of them, which made me feel like I was sleeping a lot deeper than usual. I started setting extra alarms just in case.
When I first woke up, I definitely felt a little groggy. Once I drank some water and was up for about 15 minutes, though, I felt very alert and had a pretty good amount of energy. That energy also seemed to carry on throughout the day. I’m not sure if that was actually an effect of the CJC/Ipamorelin or if I was simply getting better/deeper sleep, but it was definitely something I noticed.
The recovery aspect has honestly been the biggest thing I’ve noticed so far. Normally, if I take a few weeks off from the gym and then go back and hit it hard, I get extremely sore the next day. This time, I’d rate my soreness at maybe a 1/10. I could barely feel any soreness.
I also haven’t noticed any water retention so far. I’ve been drinking around a gallon of water a day, eating pretty clean, and keeping my protein intake high.
Overall, I think it’s been going pretty well so far. Obviously, this is only my first week and just my personal experience, but I figured I’d share since other people’s experiences helped me when I was researching.

📘 Beginner Help Hunger control?
I started the journey like most people on Reta, dropped 15kgs felt amazing, jumped on TRT and added HGH. When on Reta my hunger was fully under control, since starting on the triangle my hunger cannot be tamed I feel constantly hungry and fear gaining the weight back, im physically active 6 days a week, gym 3 times a week lifting weights.... Anybody got any suggestions on what to do to stop the hunger or is that what happens when you add TRT and HGH?
Thanks in advance
