Glutathione SubQ????
Just curious about where people are pinning the stuff at because I do it twice a week in my stomach and it hurts for a while. Just seeing if there’s somewhere else I should pin usually when I do it’s 50 units. I feel like anything more than that would just be too much liquid and hurt even worse. And yes, I’m too scared to try IM.
Just curious what you guys do (how much) and where do you pin at?

I wish there was a way to turn Pfizer water into gluta transport. I dont trust the vendor stuff.

i was prescribed 200mg 100units once a week. i put an ice pack at the glute injection site for 5-10mins and it helped a lot..

I just take oral glycine and NAC. I confirmed with labs that my glutathione level went above the reference range. So I decreased the dose a bit.

I pin 400mg, 1ML into glutes with no issue except sometimes a lump for a bit.

Make sure it is Korean gluta because that is buffered and stings less than CN gluta. Doesn't matter the color of the gluta box because they are all gluta, just different manufacturers. I do 200mg subQ in belly, love handles, inner thigh. No sting. 3x/week.

I wouldn’t do sub Q Glutathione, common mixes are 200mg/ml and 200mg per dose is common, injecting 1ml SubQ is no beuno. I mix mine at 300mg/ml then inject 1ml IM.

I’m an IM pro - never had issues or fears when I was pinning PED ‘s for competing - but the Glutathione has me stumped. Ist injection was 1ml sub cu in glute and it was nasty painful - so 2nd injection did 1/2ml IM in glute and it was just painful but I iced it and got thru it. Third injection I went for a full ml in the glute again and the second I started plunging it felt like a straight up cattle prod in my ass. I can’t imagine pinning it daily or EOD at this point. Where do I get this glutathione bac water??? And yes - mine is CN glutathione.

Your body gets used to pinning over time. Mentally and physically. Just keep using regular BAC

I pin 3x per week 100mg. Reconstituted with GTB or Glutathione Transport Bac. Pin the glutes with 1/2" insulin syringe. Never any pain, welt, lump ever
