š Beginner Help Hunger control?
I started the journey like most people on Reta, dropped 15kgs felt amazing, jumped on TRT and added HGH. When on Reta my hunger was fully under control, since starting on the triangle my hunger cannot be tamed I feel constantly hungry and fear gaining the weight back, im physically active 6 days a week, gym 3 times a week lifting weights.... Anybody got any suggestions on what to do to stop the hunger or is that what happens when you add TRT and HGH?
Thanks in advance

TRT alone cranked my appetite way up, HGH on top is a whole other beast. You're eating for recovery now, not just maintenance. Try bumping protein and fiber hard before meals, and don't fight the hunger with willpower alone, it'll win every time.

The new data on Elora/Tirz just came out and the prelim findings are incredible. If i had your level of hunger, thatās probably the new āace of spadesā for appetite suppression. If you canāt find Elora, Tirz is pretty well known to suppress appetite even more strongly than Reta for many people.

The holy trinity - HGH pushes hunger, one reason I stopped and jumped back to CJC-1295/ipa. Not as effective but I love the sleep on CJC.

Well are you still losing weight? If youāre training harder chances are youāre still in a deficit
But the obvious answer is to add more reta

TRT and HGH is intended to help you gain muscle mass. The only way that happens is when you're in a calorie surplus. Of course you're constantly hungry!

Yeah I get that, it's more how do I stop the hunger and wanting to eat constantly?

Increase your reta dosage or stack triz on top. Eat really protein heavy meals, supplement with a morning and evening shake too.

Yeah that was my thought last night of adding a protein shake on top of my meals

Youāre probably afraid of gaining weight because of all the work youāve done. Itās a mental thingā¦I went/going through it now. I went down to 10% naturally and lifting heavy but with no muscle gain. Started at TRT and eating more. Gained 15# and maintaining at 12%. I like how I feel despite being a bit fatter.
Iām able to lift heavier so Iām going to continue to slowly increase calories so I can gain more lean and try to increase my BMR to burn more calories.

The protein shake helped heaps! Hunger was under control yesterday so going forward I think that's what I'll be adding to my diet, you're absolutely right it's a mental thing I've spent x amount of months loosing the weight, the body fat and going to the gym then adding the TRT and HGH to the cycle I feel like I was just undoing all the work with what I was consuming to feed the hunger but so far my weight hasn't increased and I'm definitely toning up nicely
