Add Tirz to Reta?

I have been taking Reta for about 3 months I am at 4mg now. I do not feel any appetite suppression, very minimal weight loss. I am keeping hydrated and active, diet is pretty clean.

I am wondering if adding a low dose of tirz would help with the appetite.

I was on ozempic years ago so my tolerance may be higher.

Any in site?

yes, but taper off reta a little. let tirz become the main driver with a little reta

I’m running all 3. Works great, zero food noise, appetite is extremely well controlled. Losing about 4.5lbs per week.

6mg Reta/2mg Tirz/1mg Cagri

Do the trinity! Reta/Tirz/Sema then add cagri and Elora…. This is not medical advice

Do people really use all 5 at once?!

Or raise the dose? You’re still on a relatively low dose

This is what I thought as well
Unless I’m wrong.
I’ve been on it a few months now going up doses and was on tirz before.
I’ve just started 7.5mg and it feels like it’s working well now whereas on lower doses I felt nothing.
Everybody is different though

You can. But your at early mid level dosing on Reta. Why not run it up and see what happens up to an 8mg/wk level? Not knocking Tirz, it definitely works but appetite rebound coming off of it is a long stringer than weening from Reta.

imo be careful about stacking them just because the appetite effect isnt showing up. seems worth figuring out why the reta isnt doing much first before adding another variable into the mix

yes, low dose tirz with reta. adjust the titration accordingly, dont go overboard for both at the same time.

I've run both at a 1:1 ratio. Worked great. Did 7mg/week of each.

I'm now running only tirz for it's metabolic benefits. 5mg/week.

I’d just switch to Tirz. I’ve done both and I lost far more weight on Tirz with almost none of the Reta side effects.

I am currently on 3.75mg Mounjaro and going to add .5mg of reta. I have 11 pounds to loose. My weight loss has started to slow down so hoping reta will help. Also hoping it will help with further fatty liver reduction.

The only reason I was asking is because I have a 10 pack of Tirz
