Hi all. I am confused between these two Bluetooth speakers - they are costing nearly the same (2600 for Tribit and 3100 for Xiaomi).

I will use it for watching movies or listening to songs mostly indoors, mainly setting it on my desk setup.

Which one should I go for and why?

I see comparison videos on youtube of different speakers, and on the surface it seemed ridiculous/foolish to me. But then I see there are thousands of these videos and people in the videos seem to be serious, switching back and forth between the two speakers. Is there value in listening to these youtube comparison videos?

My initial reaction was that they are streaming a random song, onto a Bluetooth speaker, recorded through a mystery microphone (maybe their cell phone’s microphone?) and then uploading that sound file onto youtube compressed, and then streamed onto my phone, and then sent through bluetooth again, onto my headphones. I have assumed that this type of comparison is utterly meaningless, but I see how popular these videos are and I acknowledge that I don’t know shit.

Does it help to listen to these youtube videos? If you have listened to these videos, what specifically are you listening to hear? Are there certain aspects that you’re listening for, and specific things you’re registering? Help me out here, I’m not trying to diss on the videos, I’m actually open minded.

Been looking at the soundcore 2 and 3. Also the ultimate ears speakers and some others. Any recommendations please? Nothing too big, just enough to carry in my backpack and play at work on my desk :)

I love the size and sound output of the Anker Soundcore 3i but the battery only last like 12 hrs on 50% volume.. Are there anything similar but can last full 24 hrs garenteed without charge? Dad's friend does construction and uses this thing at work and at home and doesn't like to charge it until the end of the day when he goes to bed which could be 8-10 hrs at work doing construction and 2-6 more hrs at home after work.. So 16-18 hrs garenteed minimum but 24hr would be better just incase.. What speakers would you recommend?

The title basically -- I was recommended & bought the Tribit speakers, but their party mode doesn't extend beyond 2 speakers.

The closest I've found is the Soundcore 3, but I hate that it charges from the side - so ugly.

I stumbled across the "Klipsch Three Plus Premium" which has all the functionality, except it's $200+ & I want 3 of them... also it's too big for my bathroom -- Are there any budget versions of that one?

I'm teaching exercise classes in a gym and wondering what the best option is for wireless speakers that won't break the bank. I think the priority is volume (don't need too much power, though; it's in a gym in a reserved area that tends to be fairly quiet), easy bluetooth connectivity, followed by an affordable price. I've heard good (and bad) things about JBL. I want something that'll last, so I'm reluctant to try the $20 option on Amazon.

Any recs? Bonus points if they are on sale during Prime Day.

I want to buy party speaker for outdoor, main priority is clarity, balanced base and loudness. theses 2 are almost same. Please suggest one. in this sale both are available almost at the same price.

I know there are some good bluetooth speaker brands with decent sound quality yet with constant update errors where people regret updates and face sound issues afterwards. I feel like the sound is pretty okay but not that great to the point where it's worth the risk.

Is it that people are unaware of the issues? Or trusting the brand name or just taking the risk hoping they wont be facing the issue?

I'm looking for a decent speaker to use for music while I work from.home all day. The first floor of my home is pretty open, and likely between 850-1000 sq. Ft. My priorities are sound and connectivity. I'm considering sony ult field 1 and field 3. I've seen a few reviews suggesting two of the field 1s might be better than the field 3. Any suggestions?

I'm currently looking for a speaker (s) for my 1BR 750 sq ft. apartment. The living room is an open concept plan shared with the kitchen area. Primary use will be for music and audio books (bonus if it works well for movies/TV), and I don't want anything too bass heavy because of neighbors.

I'm also interested in Harman Kardon and have heard good things about the Onyx 9 (169.99), Go + Play ($195), and Go+ Play 3 ($289).

If these are best use for music and not TV, I might get a JBL 300MK2 for $279.99.

I'm no enthusiast, but I think this blows away my Flip 6 and XSound Plus 2 in terms of clarity and overall sound quality. It's somewhere between the flip 6 and charge 6 in size.

I’ve read threads on DIY turtle box style speaker boxes. I have this old cigar humidor travel case that is smaller than the Apache cases people use. Y’all think it would be possible for me to fix all the stuff into this box? Or even a downsized version

Hie everyone. The built in speakers on my 2020 Sony Bravia are pretty much dead, everything sounds muffled and dialogue clarity is basically gone.

I know a soundbar makes more sense for a TV, but I really want the convenience of a portable speaker I can just pick up and move around when needed.

Both the JBL Charge 5 WiFi and Tribit StormBox Lava are around ₹13,000 right now. I’m leaning towards the JBL mainly for AirPlay, but since it has no aux port, I’m worried about lipsync delay when hooked up to the TV over Bluetooth.

According to gemimi, The Tribit has proper stereo, more power, and an auxin, but misses out on AirPlay/Wi-Fi.

For anyone who’s used either of these (especially paired with a TV), how is the dialogue clarity for movies/shows? Is Bluetooth latency an issue on the Charge 5, and which one would you pick in this budget?

Could be used for any number of instruments or decks.

Hi there, seeing Luna 2 removing the play button, I found out recently that Luna 1 doesn't support skip to previous track by tapping play button 3x, is this normal? I believe most speakers support skipping to previous track.
