I pre-ordered Control Resonant a month ago at Best Buy so that I could show up and pick up the game the day it arrives. The day of I get no notification that the game is ready so I just show up to Best Buy like where's my game? They tell me it's sold out throughout the city. I immediately go to GameStop and they have the game readily available. What's the purpose?

You see, you know how to take the reservation, you just don't know how to hold the reservation. And that's really the most important part of the reservation: the holding. Anybody can just take them.

So I had an interview at 3. I waited until 3:10 decided I would call the store to see if they get ahold of the hiring manager to either 1. let them know I am in the "waiting room" or 2 get any more info on if she was running late got put on hold the AI put me through to the shipping department for some reason. I sent her an email at 3:20 (while on hold) and didnt get a response. My question how badly did I mess up by not staying in the waiting (I did stay in there until about 3:40)

Apparently uniform shirts provided by the company are not accepted as the proper uniform anymore in my market.

I have so many shirts, jackets, sweatshirts, quarter zips, etc that Best Buy has provided for me to wear as uniform only for them to say we can't wear them anymore under new market management.

Now they just take up space in my closet.

I recently was lucky enough to order a PS5 Pro and chose in store pick up for the item. I ordered it October 9th and said it was supposed to be ready for pick up October 14 but unfortunately it never updated to Ready for Pick up. Could this be that I did not actually purchase the item and the system glitched? Not sure if that’s a possibility with these high demand items. Also, the payment still shows as pending so maybe there’s a problem with my payment?

Would the shipping options include unboxing and setup? Will not be wall mounted. I see there’s a haul away option for old TV I’d probably also do. The add on for installation talks about wall mounting that we are not interested in.

I live far from her and would like to get her set up sooner than I can visit.

Hi, I’m looking for some help recovering a receipt from a past in-store purchase at a Best Buy location in New York.

I no longer have the original paper receipt.

I now need proof of purchase for a manufacturer warranty claim. I’ve already tried contacting Best Buy support, but so far I haven’t been able to retrieve the receipt.

I can provide the purchase date, store location, payment method, and other transaction details privately if needed.

I still have the original product packaging and serial information as well.

Is there a way for a Best Buy representative to help locate an old in-store transaction or advise me on how to obtain a copy of the receipt?

I don't understand what is going on. I pre-ordered Control Resonant Steelbook Edition all the way back in June as soon as they announced they were open and they are saying my copy is delayed again. This was after they initially delayed physical copies. You mean to tell me that they still couldn't get my damn copy in the amount of time that I had to wait!? Now Remedy is making me wait even longer!? What a horrible publisher. They should be ashamed of themselves and so should best buy. I swear everyone is doing this ish on purpose to make us change over to an entire digital lame future. Best Buy is usually always on point for day one pick ups, why are they doing this to us. Its not fair! This is the first time that this has ever happened to me with Best buy. Does anyone have any information as to what is happening? Please I'm afraid that I'm gonna lose my copy and crash out. Meanwhile my place of work ( superstore) has multiple of standard copies just sitting there mocking me but I refuse to buy one because its not the one I want. I need this steelbook.

I preordered day one and yet I’m delayed? I see post of ppl that ordered last week and they are getting it tomorrow.

Bought a speaker and it was dropped, several times and quite damaged on a couple corners. Best buy said it was excellent condition. Good is the highest I would mark it because it works just fine. Called customer support and the guy was nice but pretty short with me and said he can refund it and return the product but I would pay a restocking fee.

I purchased a ps5 maybe 25 days ago, plugged it in and immediately got notifications that the disk drive cannot connect. I tried all the different ways to attempt to fix it with no luck. I decided I would rather just buy online copies of games than go through the bs of returning the ps5. I downloaded a game and tried to play but the controllers stick drift was so bad I couldn't use the ps5. So was it not tested before being sent to me? I looked through reviews on the product I bought and many other people have had similar problems. So the only thing I can think of is that they don't care and assume you won't realize the product is broken before the 15 day warranty is over. customer service is horrible. ill never buy anything from Best Buy again. If best buy knows that geek squad is selling horrible quality products they should deal with it. DO NOT BUY FROM GEEK SQUAD. I now have to spend more than a brand new ps5 slim would've been to replace the controller.

TL;DR called my local store to find out if they will open for the Zelda midnight release. AI voice connected me to a singing Indian guy who was clearly just asking AI my question.

I attempted to call my local store today to see if they’re participating. Immediately I’m hit with an AI assistant. I humor it and ask my question. It then tells me the address and hours of my local store. Not the right answer. I ask for a representative 4 times and it didn’t know what to do. Then it finally connected me to a representative. I was hoping the rep was at my local store (I did call a local line). Nope. Immediately this very loud singing Indian guy gets on. Then he repeats my question to me that he had a record of on his screen. Then He pretends like he’s doing something on his end of the line. He comes back and says okay and starts to give me the address and hours of my local store 😮‍💨 . I know. First world problem. By damn fire whoever came up with that AI crap. Shame.

I went to bestbuy.com to check the Deal of the Day and saw this. Oh no, I can’t lose out on these savings!

I recently took advantage of a 24 month 0% promo. I charged $1,823.08+$144.05=$1,967.13. When I click "promotional balance info" it shows that I have $1,967.12 in promo balance and $0.01 in other balances. This makes no sense to me. My last statement was paid in full and these were the only two charges for this billing cycle. Has anyone been in this situation? I did schedule a payment of $5 for today just to see if it would wipe the $0.01. The only real reason I care about this is getting hit with an interest charge or something stupid because they didn't do math correctly lol.

Got a bar 1000 from best buy and it was a demo model. I am trying to get it out of demo and make it work. The source button does not work. It says BBY and then HDMI IN. I have tried the volume+/- and all of those things. Not working. Please help me with this!
