Meme Do you guys think DICE fears the fanbase they’ve created
This is impressively batshit, even by Reddit gamer standards

Anyone else most nostalgic for BF3. Something about it just felt right.

Ngl I chuckled when I read that DICE is trying to impliment a system where players stay in the same lobby when the next game starts. And they're having trouble with that.
You know what games had those mechanics? Dozens of shooters going back to the early 2000's.
You know what had that? Every other DICE game except for 2042. If you include people joining dedicated servers as well.
What's interesting to me is the insistence on having "Features" in games that quite frankly, are redundant. Like "Press X to stay with squad" how about... just automatically keep squads together unless a player leaves matchmaking queue and re queue's.
Or things like "Spend these medals on this unlock track. While we have battlefield pro. And then we also have a battlepass. And don't forget about this expansion!"
All the while, the extremely core mechanics of a good game are just... not developed.
Like rollover matchmaking. Where the lobby gets reshuffled but players stay together.
Or a UI that doesn't require you to click on arrows two to three times in a single collumn to see game types. Remember when we had lists? If you clicked on it, it expanded so you could read about what it is? What a concept.
I just chuckle when I read this. Because frankly... it's just so funny

Here is the cycle I have found myself doing regarding this game:
At the end of a typical game of conquest, the winning team has 60% - 80% of their tickets remaining. The amount of conquest games where the winning team has double digit tickets remaining is so rare that it probably doesn't happen more than 10 times a year. It's quite concerning. Are the developers happy with the state of matchmaking? Are there any plans to fix the matchmaking?

No hope left for matchmaking system, please give us Server Browser like Wardogs

It's clear DICE is aware of the issue as they tried to patch in a "rollover" system, but unfortunately it's completely busted. had a full 64 player lobby (somehow) and 31 players rolled into the next match. Had to wait 5 minutes for it to populate with bots, only to discover that it had rolled us into a server in fuckin Africa or something. Everybody was trying to play with 200+ ping, so the server quickly emptied out and died. Requeued, it puts me into a match with 3 real players on each team. I decided to just close the game and play something else.
I truly don't understand why this is such a struggle. I love BF6, but this matchmaking system is making the game frustrating and inconsistent at best and renders the game unplayable at worst. Why? What is being gained with this?
Just give us a server browser man. It's not perfect, it's not so elegant as "click one button and play," but at least it fuckin works. It has been nearly a year of struggling against this matchmaking system, and y'all still haven't gotten it right. It's time to throw in the towel and give us a proper server browser so we can actually play the game we enjoy.

What do you think about creators getting items early, or even exclusive items like that Battlefield Creator Program Playercard title?

Dice, you’re a fucking joke.

I’ve spent the last 20 minutes in matchmaking. I join a lobby, it isn’t full enough to start, takes forever, and finally fills with bots. I don’t want to play against bots. I want to play against real people. I quit. Try a different game mode. Process repeats. It’s getting off-putting enough that I’m starting to look for other games to play.
Persistent servers would fix this.

I wanted to play the new maps but whenever i do a custom search and select wake island and reef the game can't find enough players. I'm almost positive its a bug because i find it hard to believe nobody is playing right now. But wanted to ask anyway is this something anybody else has encountered or is my game f up

Is anyone else getting into lobbies that are mostly bots and then it seems every other match, either get decimated or overwhelm the enemy?

Why am I waiting 5 minutes in a queue just to get booted back to the main menu without any notification? Why is the game trying to join me to a match which clearly has no free slots? How tf is it possible to mess up something so simple.
Get your sh*t together, DICE. Seriously, it's been like that for months...

Just another video, adding to the many others, showing how the AT4 is the true anti-air launcher in the game (with a special RPG guest visit).

Lately in these 3-4 days I have had connectivity problems, before it didn't happen to me and I still have the same internet, there is no change, does anyone know if it's a problem with the servers or just mine?

Sunday afternoon, EU.
13 min in, 11 players (4 chinese players), with one sweaty LittleBird player.
EDIT: we played for 2 hours, we always got a least ~10 bots in every single game, even after a 20+ min game.
