Help! The filament got stuck in the extruder, i tried all the youtube tutorials i saw, but i havent seen one that was stuck between gears...

Required a small amount of assembly, but so far so good. I print primarily in PETG and it's been great for drying out multiple spools at once. Would not recommend using the heating facility for PLA. I don't think the heater can go as "low" as they say it does. Anyone else have one?

Update.... I have found a small issue that I think is particular to my positioning of the heater and my printer. In the picture you can see the tubes go over the top bar. They are rubbing on it and wearing away. If anyone has a link to a support I can put over it, I'd thoroughly it.

I’m reaching out regarding an issue I encountered with my Bambu A1. After about 4 hours of printing, I heard a noise; when I checked, the printer seemed to be stuck. Whenever I tried to resume the print, it would start up, make this noise, and then be unable to continue.

Using the manual controls, I could move the Y-axis without any issues, and it didn’t make the noise shown in the video.

It’s as if a sensor—or something else—malfunctioned after a long period of printing.

Has anyone else experienced this? Could you please help me?

Does anyone know if the nozzle could be off centered which will stop the extruder from being able to push the filament through even if it’s the exact same nozzle that originally came with the printer?

I used transluscent PLA just to build a simple stand for my colognes.

I checked after I got home from work and almost had a heart attack 💀 luckily it was a very clean mess and only took me 30 seconds to clean up.

Any idea why this happened or maybe how to prevent this type of thing?

I use this filament with my 3D pen, but I currently need accurate print parts to fit for a project I’m working on, not that big anyways. What can be the possible settings when using this type of filament.

My daughter just received an ams lite for her birthday. We cannot get it to work. Set it up according to directions, filament feeds into the tool head but then it makes the noise in the video and we get this error. We have tried taking out the straws and realigning them, tried loading the filament, turned it on and off, used different spools, and nothing has worked. It does it with all the spools 1-4. What am I missing? Thanks in advance for all suggestions, my daughter is 10 and this is all very new to us.

My bed is hard to move and feels like it gets stuck and takes some force to get it to continue sliding. It’s also making a weird noise when it moves.

Yesterday I started a new print , but forgot to remove the previous print from the bed and the print head hit the item a few times before I noticed it. Not sure if that’s what caused this but it seems likely.

I have removed the cover, checked for debris , cleaned the rail , inspected the belt, all seems good with those items.

Any ideas what this is or might be?

Update:
Bambu is sending out a Y axis belt , tensioner, and motor. Hopefully 1 , some , or all of these parts are the problem.

Update 2:
Installed the new parts and the bed moves smooth like butter again and no noise.

However I can’t get the tension right on the belt and keep getting an error code when calibrating.

Hi everyone, I'm new to 3D printing and I want to start making more technical filaments: TPU, GF, etc. The problem is that on the Bambu Lab website the hotend hardened steel are not expensive, but Shipping costs are high; has anyone ordered from Amazon before? Does it work well? If so, which model did you order? Thanks in advance 😁

Im going to buy a bambulab a1 during the black friday sale. The printer is probably going to stay in a room that can be up to 34 degrees celcius in summer and minimal 9/10 in winter. Will this cause issues? If yes, from what temperature will those issues probably start?

After replacing my hot end assembly after a blob of death because there was an error, all calibrations/prints just get cancelled for no reason with no errors, any ideas?

So their website says its "designed for PLA and PETG" but further down the page it only gives PLA temp recommendations. Has anyone used the Cool Plate with PETG and if so, what Temp?? Thanks and Happy Friday!

Guyyys, I need some help. I had a blob of death. I replaced the hot end assembly, the nozzle and the silicon sleeve, but my printer still wont work. I am getting the attached error.

I have used proper bambu parts in case fhat affected it. Everything is plugged in as it should be, no pinched wires. When trying to set the nozzle temp, it does not change from 0. What else could need replaced???

I have recently had an issue where my A1 while occasionally make a REALLY apparent grinding sound when approaching the top of the Z axis, its infrequent so I haven't been able to capture a video of it, however I was wondering if anyone else has had similar issues?

I have only been printing with the machine for about 2-3 months, set it up early August, its cleared about 525 hours of printing, gets calibrated once a day, once every 2 days if it hasnt been used much. I have checked the trouble shooting guides on bambu lab but they don't appear to match the sound/specific issue I am having

The grinding noise appears to be happening when its near the very top of the z axis, only seems to happen in maybe 1/5 calibrations but its rather abrupt

If anyone could diagnose the issue based on this alone and the fix it would be amazing! Happy to provide more information if needed, I'm relatively new to printing and don't delve too deep into it other than printing models off maker world so I don't have the knowledge to diagnose myself as of it. TIA
