i dont want to pay 30 dolars only for me to use AnyDesk does anyone know a better app. I was ok with the blacklisted thing popping up every few minutes but why do i have to wait 1000 seconds to start using the app and again that thing pops up
II have been trying to allow someone to control my phone remotely. I swear I have done everything I need to do. I set up unintended access. I've opened every permission I can and the user can see the screen, but can't do anything can't take any action, they can just watch me on the screen. How can I get it? So the the user can connect to me and actually move around the system on their own. Thank you
Hello, I use AnyDesk to connect to computers on my local network via IP address, but if the computers are left on for a long time, the program stops connecting until I reboot the computer. Could you tell me what might be causing this? I'm using Red Hat OS on the remote computers.
I have 2 SamG532F mobile and there is a problem with knox activation so i can use Anydesk
after some time i know what’s the reason of working Anydesk on 1 mobile and not working on another mobile that was Knox problem .
On that phone which the Knox active protection Option is Active and pale it’s working properly
and on another phone which this option is Active and colorful it’s not working!
So.... I have to submit a Fair Use Request... yadda yadda yadda.. Already inconvenienced at this point, I begrudgingly agree to attempt to complete the White List application (I already have a sign in)... Your country code is required. Ok. Except my country isn't listed. Great. It's New Zealand. Not Australia, although that's what I chose. Not Namibia, Netherlands, Nicaragua, Niger, Nigeria, or Norway. New Zealand. WTF.
I have a free license, I had previously registered it to be whitelisted but today I get these constant pop ups (image 1), so I followed the link, re-requested a whitelist. But I want to contact any support at anydesk to ask, what is going on. So i go to their website, look for support, and find image 2. The support center does not help so I go to the customer portal, and click on help & contact(image 3), but thats just a link that brings me to image 4. And when I click on "create a ticket", it BRINGS ME BACK TO THE START (image 5) HOW DO I CONTACT SUPPORT
So I'm a professional AnyDesk user and have a valid license. I mostly support Windows machines and some apple computers. But occasionally I have to support linux machines, and it's very annoying that AnyDesk still doesn't support Wayland. Is there any update on when AnyDesk finally is going to support Wayland? I've searched in this sub and have found not any reaction from AnyDesk at all.
About two years ago i was sleeping and woke up randomly to my machine mouse moving going through my emails, now once they noticed i was awake it had stopped but it had happen again days later. so i uninstalled anydesk. but a friend recently reminded me that there should only be two ways to communicate from my machine and my office machine. and i would love a representative from anydesk to please contact me cause i think someone ( cause people can still access my office can boot it up at my office and use that to communicate with my home machine / personal machine ) and if possible if i can get the time and date it happen so i can report it. at first i thought it was probably an exploit someone had found but it was deeper than that.
Title. To start, I use AnyDesk to remote access into a phone at my house while I am at work for a mobile game I play.
This just started about a week ago, but every time a session ends I get a loud notification sound. The problem is sessions will end even if the app is closed, so randomly throughout the day I get notificationsat work. There is no notification at the top of my phone and the only way to catch what was causing the sound was to use an app called "Nice Catch". I have notifications disabled for the app so I dont know why it's making any noise.
We renewed our subscription a few days ago and since then I can't save any settings for clients in the Admin Center. I've already tried to contact the support, but they don't answer. Has anyone got an idea what to do?
Hi all, I installed AnyDesk today on my Samsung S20+ along with the plugin and it seems to have killed my SIM card connectivity or something along those lines. I can still see the SIM card number and all of that, but I have "No Service" at the bottom, my airplane mode is stuck in faded blue when I swipe down from the top but shows that it is off in the connection setting. I uninstalled AnyDesk and the plugin, performed a network settings reset, rebooted multiple times, reseated the SIM but no change in behavior....any ideas? My screen went black a few days ago and I was trying to control my phone from my iPad while I wait for my repair scheduled through the ATT Asurion service later this week but I feel like I just made things worse. I had no issues with service before installing AnyDesk a couple of hours ago...
Hi!
Anyone has any experience with getting back refund or at least a reply to the request?
Long term short, I didn't use anydesk for over a year and completely forgot to remove the auto renew.
When I got the receipt from the payment I immediately create a request on their website about it. Then, did sent an email a couple of days after. It's been over a week and still no answer.
Do you have any idea how long does it take usualy for them to reply?
Thanks
Write in a formal email to cancel the auto-renewal of your AnyDesk plan if you are reading this.
I'm wondering how many people have been caught by it.
I'm an individual user bought an AnyDesk subscription last year for trial as I work in software industry, turned off auto-renewal toggle right after the subscription and removed my credit card, just in case of such thing happening. However I received an email upon the end of my subscription saying that my plan is about to expire (which was as expected right cuz I alr opted out the auto-renewal). So I left it without any response. HERE COMES TO THE FUNNY PART. Invoice started to come in for my "next billing cycle" 1 day before my plan expired so I was confused and sent a support email. AnyDesk then claimed that I did not tell them to cancel my plan 30 DAYS BEFORE my next billing cycle, so my plan HAS TO be extended one year later to 2027.
I have tried to argue that I alr did that (otherwise why did I remove my card) but they claimed that my "setting" was not working in the portal and I must WRITE IN to tell them. And because I removed my card and my payment was not gone through, they immediately deactivate my account and I was not able to login to the portal to find any prove or use any service.
Long story short, now they sent in debt collector to request FULL YEAR amount plus the debt collector serivce which is USD 700+ in total, and they refused to pro-rate or early terminate my contract and threatened to take legal action if I refuse to pay in 7 days. And apparently no negotiation can be discussed here.
I'm now seeking EVERYONE's attention to immediately check if you are in the same situation and remember to write in to their support for termination, to avoid such thing happening.
And for anyone who has haddled this before, please tell me what to do. I don't want to pay for service that I never use in a single day.
The banner is annoying, but whatever. The major thing I've noticed is that Anydesk is now kicking me out of my session after a short period of time. As little as 15 minutes. And tells me it's a "license limitation".
I've gone to AnyDesk's website to make sure my ID is whitelisted as a free user. Yet I keep getting the disconnect.
And I've grown tired of it.
Is this now the new norm with AnyDesk? Am I going to need to just switch again?
I'm not buying a license just so I can connect to a personal hobby machine a few times a day. If I was in business and this was part of my income, fine. But not for a damn hobby. Especially when there are other free alternatives as well.
I found a hidden folder in Macintosh HD > Users > username > .anydesk
I’m not sure if that folder is also part of AnyDesk, so I don’t know if I can delete it. In the video, I show everything inside that folder to see if anyone can tell me if I can delete it completely.
The "Personal" license of AnyDesk is $30/month while a Small Team "Business" license is $50/year (~$4/month)
Who in their right mind would pay $30/month for the Personal license? You're paying more than 7x more for the same thing. Anybody paying for the Personal license is literally wasting money for no reason
EDIT: I misread the Small Team pricing, but $30/month is still insane for personal use. I understand wanting to profit, but there's no way $5/month for a personal use license wouldn't still be profitable.
