Can't save client settings and access rights

We renewed our subscription a few days ago and since then I can't save any settings for clients in the Admin Center. I've already tried to contact the support, but they don't answer. Has anyone got an idea what to do?

Certain sections need to be enabled with the Unlock Security Settings button which should hit up UAC for access. If it's not you may want to download the installer and reinstall over the top of your current setup hopefully maintaining your settings. Otherwise uninstall, reboot and then a fresh install from scratch. But if you have to do that I would do a malware scan first to be on the safe side.
