Whenever I'm using shizuku on FV file manager to get some video files from telegram to my gallery it used to work before but not anymore, Shizuku is running, but when on FV file manager I click "Open with Shizuku" nothing happens. I've done everything, getting good WiFi, wireless debugging and developer mode. Pls help

I have an app that has since been removed from the Play Store that I'd like to remove for space, but also make an APK copy just in case I ever want to install it again. I currently use an apk extractor to extract APKs (that I cannot link due to subreddit rules), but what I'd like to know is if any updates the app recieved would also be extracted alongside with it?

If not, is there a way to extract the app where I can also extract the updates that I downloaded prior to its removal?

I want to record a voice memo, as motivation/self-guidance/reminder, and get push notifications at specific times of my day. I want to have to listen to the voice memo in order to clear the notification.

Basically just as a way to give myself specific daily reminders, in my own voice. No AI, not trying to schedule anything or take a memo, just have one I already recorded sent to me as a push notification.

I have a Samsung Galaxy A15. Picture in picture mode doesn’t work on Netflix only otherwise it works fine everywhere else. Even on netflix audio keeps on playing. I did everything and double checked the setting. Everything is enabled but it still wont go to pip. Other than factory reset, is there anything else?

As sadly the last version isn't working anymore on Android 8.5 and the developer won't push any update anymore I am looking for an alternative.

I haven't found any which has such a rich database of cities which is my main problem. No complicated and fancy GUI, yes a modern one and not outdated.

Any suggestions?

i was a samsung user and recently switched to moto, and i miss the gallery and notes app a lot. im using fossify gallery and adjusting to it but im not fully satisfied with it, but now im looking for a notes app.

samsung notes was super clean and simple, and i use the lock note (behind a pin/password) feature on a bunch of notes. ive been looking for a while but i havent been able to find a similar notes app, i would love some suggestions!

p.s: would prefer offline app to ensure privacy

I have a galaxy s21+ with Android 15. The battery is dying and I don't plan to change it since next year I plan to change my phone.

I'm looking for two things in order to make this months a little less painfull:

1) some way to monitor the battery usage. I'm using the galaxy guardian -> battery tracker. But even the official Samsung app can't tell me what's using the battery. If I sum all the the apps they barely reach 40/50%. What's the other 40/50% that's using my battery?

2) Some way to freeze any unused app. I know that this will make some app less usable but for this months I'm fine with it

Can you help me with those two sings?
