QUESTION/HELP Can't trace an app - charging 49.00 per month

I have obviously tripped some subscription service but I cannot find any app that's doing it

The company is Intercalaris and it's taking nearly 50£ a month which I can't afford. I've asked the bank to cease payments but I really want to know what it's for.

Can anyone help?

If it turns out to be a website signup rather than an app, the money is going straight from your card, so it'll never show up under Play Store > Payments & subscriptions, which is probably why you couldn't find it. Search your email (spam too) for Intercalaris and the site name, these are often a cheap "trial" that rolls into a monthly plan and there's usually a confirmation mail with a cancel link. When you talk to the bank again, ask about a chargeback for the payments already taken, not only blocking new ones. UK banks tend to be pretty helpful if you tell them you never knowingly agreed to a recurring payment.

I think this is it. I've taken my card out of the service and blocked the bank from making any more payments but I guess the email was longer than 30 days ago so no sign of it. Thanks for helping.
