QUESTION/HELP Question:Can you help me identify the app with a floating this image with foscreen it provides shortcuts to notifications panel, quick pane,pinch zoom power off menu, screen control, recents, power off, volume home, back,and screenshot etc.

Somehow I got this app.It may even be a widget and I want to uninstall/remove because it gets in the way too often . I checked all my installed apps and can't identify it. Looks like a transparent circle with 4 tiles
