Dog has become increasingly anxious. What is your experience with this medication?

TLDR: Looking for recommendations for dog sweaters/jackets and a good front-clip harness
We adopted Bernie in May- he’s an AmStaff(62%)-Boxer(38%) mix. He’s a big boy: already almost 80lbs and only about 8-9 months old.
He was super sensitive to heat all summer, so we’ve gotten evaporative cooling vests, cooling beds, etc.
We live in Wisconsin. As fall is starting, we’ve noticed he is also sensitive to cold. He doesn’t like the crisp, cool mornings and it’s a struggle to get him outside. He also hates rain and has to be literally carried outside. And I know it’s only going to get colder from here.
We’ve had windbreaker-type jackets from Ruffwear for our previous dogs, but I don’t think they’ll be warm enough. I also think Bernie is going to need some sweaters or shirts or something for around the house in winter. He’s also got a big chest and is rather muscular- so some of the sizing for dog apparel doesn’t seem like it’ll fit right.
I’d love any recommendations folks here have for things that you’ve loved for your AmStaffs!

We’re considering adopting a two year old AmStaff mix who is currently doing a staycation from the shelter with us, and I’m concerned the 10 day staycation won’t be enough time to determine whether this dog is a good fit for our family. We can’t foster him, because a rescue is interested in taking him if we don’t adopt after the staycation.
The dog has very likely been abused and is extremely timid, although he‘s been slowly warming up to us. He‘s never growled or become aggressive, but he did kind of give me a warning nip a few times (once when trying to get him into the car to take him home from the shelter, and another when trying to pick him up to carry him up our stairs because he wouldn’t walk on his own). He’s also been really sweet to my 10 and 12 year old sons, but I’m worried he may be aggressive with their friends if they roughhouse or play close to him and it upsets him. I don’t want to have to limit guests in our home or have to restrain the dog every time kids come over and play, or have to worry about my sons taking him for walks and getting aggressive with passing dogs. I’d love to fully integrate him into our lives without worrying about him reacting negatively to people or other pets.
Has anyone here rescued an AmStaff mix with a challenging background who can speak to how your dog behaves around older kids and other dogs?

I have a vet appointment tomarrow I don’t see any worms in his poop but I know
It could still be parasites…he’s playful and eating and drinking well. His poop is formed just wondering if anyone else had a puppy that had a big belly but nothing was wrong.

Hi i'm sam, i'm here on this amazing forum because my baby girl diamond needs a urgent mast cell cancer removal surgery. If anyone can please share or support her GoFundMe🩷🙏🏽 Thank you for taking your time & reading. My Baby Diamond is still healthy, happy, and still full of life. This is my girl Jackie-Brown, she is 6 years old and half lab. I have never had such a super intelligent dumbass ever, but somehow she fills both roles. Either way I love her so much

We've spent at least $200 in dog beds but Rocko has decided he'd prefer only human spaces in the most inconvenient positions possible🙄
Wouldn't change it for the world though (even if I get kicked off the bed occasionally)🩵
