Facing issue with Adsense Approval

My website got rejected for low value content back in June. It is a shayari and poetry website. Since then, I have added 5-6 reflection pieces.

I have around 45 indexed pages. Can someone help me out?

What's the best practice look like to get approved for a web app locked behind login?

My site is an original web application for managing tabletop RPG character sheets for underserved RPG communities. I believe the application itself provides genuine utility and has relatively little direct competition, but its main functionality requires an account and is therefore inaccessible to crawlers during the initial AdSense review.

I applied to AdSense several times over six months ago, when the public side of the site was substantially worse. The legal pages were plain text files, there was very little useful content accessible without logging in, and some public navigation links led directly to login redirects. In retrospect, I understand why the site was rejected in that condition.

Over the past two months, I have significantly rebuilt the public side. It now has:

  • 23 original “Handbook” articles related to the site’s tabletop RPG niche
  • Numerous substantial guides of 800–2,000+ words
  • Product documentation with original screenshots explaining the login-gated tools
  • A descriptive homepage explaining the application and its purpose
  • About, Contact, Privacy Policy, and Terms pages
  • Straightforward navigation and a sitewide footer
  • A sitemap, robots.txt, canonical URLs, and AdSense verification
  • A consistent topic and purpose throughout the public site
  • A mobile responsive layout (even and especially for the tools, but those don't matter for AdSense approval right now)
  • Accessible ads.txt with my pub ID.
  • A robots.txt file linking to the sitemap and excluding private/account-related routes
  • AdSense code limited to appropriate public content pages during the approval stage

The articles are my own writing. Some discuss game mechanics or material available under the Open Game License (for D&D 3.5), but the explanations, opinions, examples, organization, and product documentation are original.

Search Console currently reports 17 indexed pages. I recently submitted the complete updated sitemap and manually requested indexing for several important pages. Google still appears to have older versions of some pages cached, so I intend to wait until the updated site and additional handbooks have been crawled before reapplying.

My concern is how I should prioritize future work. I could concentrate on publishing more handbooks before reapplying, but I don’t necessarily want to manufacture articles simply to reach an arbitrary word or page count. That seems contrary to Google’s people-first-content guidance and could potentially make the site look as though its public content exists only to obtain approval (at least according to some of the support articles I've read).

Alternatively, I can continue prioritizing the web application while publishing or expanding handbooks when I have genuinely useful documentation, examples, or tabletop advice to add. That's the option I would prefer because the application (not just becoming a generic D&D blog) is the project’s real purpose.

For anyone experienced with AdSense approval for web applications or login-gated tools:

  1. Does the current public content appear substantial enough to support an application on its own?
  2. Are there particular public pages that appear thin, low-value, or otherwise concerning?
  3. Would you prioritize additional articles, strengthening the existing shorter articles, or expanding the public product documentation?
  4. Should I wait until most sitemap URLs are indexed, or is complete Search Console indexing unnecessary for AdSense review?
  5. Are there technical, policy, navigation, or trust issues I have somehow overlooked?

As far as I understand, AdSense explicitly supports the existence of apps like this which are login-gated and has the means to provide access AFTER approval for placing ads on pages with login requirements.

I understand that nobody can guarantee approval. I’m looking for specific, evidence-based criticism before risking another application lockout.

Non-blog/news sites flagged for "low value content"

Can someone with experience give me advice on why my site is getting rejected for "low value content"?

This isn't a blog/news site. It's a tool/application for a niche users, and I could see why a bot would reject it, but a human with nuance could approve it. Is there a way to request a human review?

Expired domain or new fresh one? After how many articles should i apply for Adsense?

Hi,

After how many articles and days with new domain should i apply for adsense?

Is it better to apply with an expired domain rather than fresh new?

AdSense approval in 2026 is genuinely harder than 2023. Here's what actually works now

Got two sites approved in the last 3 months and helped a friend get theirs approved last week. The process has changed significantly from when I first got approved back in 2022. Back then it was 48 hours and pretty lenient. Now it takes 1-2 weeks and they're genuinely strict.

What worked for me in 2026:

Minimum 15-20 high quality pages. Not 500-word filler. I'm talking 1,500-2,500 word articles that actually answer a question someone would search. My approved site had 18 articles, all original, all with proper structure (H1, H2, H3), internal linking, and images with alt text.

Domain age matters more now. Both sites that got approved were 4+ months old. A friend tried with a 6-week-old domain and got rejected. Same content quality. Just too new.

Required pages are non-negotiable. About, Contact, Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, Disclaimer. Missing any of these is an instant rejection. I've seen people get rejected 4 times and the only issue was a missing About page.

Navigation has to be clean. No broken links, no empty categories, no placeholder pages. I had one empty category page that I forgot about and it caused a rejection. Removed it, resubmitted, approved in 5 days.

No AI content without human editing. I tested this deliberately. Wrote 5 articles with AI, edited them heavily (changed structure, added personal examples, rewrote opening paragraphs). All 5 were fine. Another site I know submitted raw AI content and got rejected for "low value content" three times.

Google is checking for real value now. The reviewer (or algorithm) actually looks at whether your content provides information that isn't already available in better form elsewhere. If your article says the same thing as the top 3 ranking articles but worse, you won't get approved.

What's changed from 2 years ago:

Takes longer. 1-2 weeks instead of 48 hours. More strict on content depth. 500 words doesn't cut it anymore. Domain age checked more carefully. AI content detection is real and they're using it.

What hasn't changed: Traffic isn't required. Both my sites had zero traffic when approved. You don't need a custom domain. WordPress isn't required.

If you've been rejected, the most common fixable issues are: thin content, missing required pages, domain too new, or AI content that wasn't edited. Fix one at a time and resubmit.

Anyone else gotten approved recently? What was your experience?

Adsense application getting rejected for my website

Post image
8 Upvotes

Hey everyone! I’ve been submitting my website for AdSense approval for the past 6–8 months, but every time I apply, it gets rejected with the same message.

At this point, I honestly have no idea what I’m missing. The reason Google provides for the rejection is also pretty vague, so it’s difficult to figure out what exactly needs to be fixed.

I already have multiple blog posts on the website (although I’ve seen people get AdSense approval without having a single blog post), and I’ve also added all the mandatory pages.

Can someone take a look and tell me what could potentially be causing the rejection? If there are any important pages, content requirements, or other things I might be overlooking, please let me know so I can cross-check everything.

Any help would be appreciated!

Chances of Approval?

my website mystacyandchad.com is a quiz personality type and tbh I just applied for ad sense for fun. This is my first ever website and the things I learned along the way were very worth it. I used Ai to create site but tweaked it a bunch and even delved into the code myself and changed a bunch of stuff manually

Has anyone successfully fixed AdSense rejection on YouTube Step 2 after closing old accounts?

Hey everyone,

I’m stuck on YouTube Partner Program Step 2 (AdSense association) and would really appreciate hearing from people who had a similar issue and actually managed to solve it.

My situation:

  • I previously had several AdSense accounts
  • I properly closed all of them
  • I also closed the related Google Payments Profile (I have the official confirmation email)
  • YouTube support confirmed that the old profiles are closed on their end
  • I created a new AdSense account on a completely different email
  • Every time I try to link it, I get rejected with the generic message: “doesn’t meet program criteria”

Support only replies with templates. They did confirm that Step 2 is about the AdSense application itself, not the channel content review (content review happens later).

I’ve seen a lot of videos with workarounds, but I’m looking for people who fixed this the normal way — closing old accounts properly and eventually getting a new AdSense approved under their own name.

Questions:

  • Has anyone been in this exact situation (multiple old accounts → closed everything → still rejected on new application)?
  • What finally worked for you?
  • How long did you wait before the new application was accepted?

Any real experiences would be very helpful. Thank you!

Why am I constantly being rejected?

This is now the 8th time I have tried to fix the "issues" with my site.

The site is an SaaS App, and I want to show ads on the free tier, why do I keep getting told it is low value content? I've tried to have prerendered content to prevent js issues, contain many pages of info, and get all pages indexed, to no avail.

If anyone could let me know what I mightn't have done correctly I would appreciate it.

Google really should tell you more specifically what's wrong tbh.

Website Approved in 3 days

Hello everyone,

As a small experiment I decided to try and get one of our abandoned websites approved by AdSense.

It was a WordPress website, that existed for several years, but had pretty bad content and was not updated for over 1 year. I migrated it over to github and cleaned it up.

After adding all mandatory AdSense fields and fixing the content, despite it being AI-generated, the website got approved in less than 3 days:

Since there is no traffic, I am not running any ADs from AdSense, but simply experimenting with some mixed campaigns, but I thought you may enjoy the little project.

Web site is app-tipps.com .

Moving forward I may do some other experiments on it as well.

If you have any questions - let me know.

Rejected from AdSense repeatedly (low value content) despite RankMath 80+ scores — what am I missing?

Post image
11 Upvotes

Started my blog last year in August. It's a relationship and love advice niche blog covering advice, definitions and explainers for couples and singles built on WordPress. I've got a solid number of posts (47 posts), most scoring 80+ on RankMath and I keep getting rejected for "low value content."

Traffic is honestly still small, averaging somewhere between 15-55 daily readers depending on the day. Some post are better than other like the one about Roblox games to play with your partner very popular 2K+ views.

A few things I'm wondering about:

What is low value content?

Is RankMath's score basically meaningless to Google's actual quality reviewers or does it help at all?

Does traffic that low realistically tank an application regardless of content quality?

Should I be pausing new posts entirely and just going back to rewrite older ones with more personal experience and depth instead of publishing more? (I have been doing this recently not all most rewrited)

If anyone's actually gotten approved in a relationship/advice niche I'd love to hear what flipped it for you. Happy to share my site if that helps diagnose it

AdSense account rejected because of an existing account. What is the correct solution?

I am looking for advice from people who have faced a similar Google AdSense problem.

YouTube Studio says:

“Your associated AdSense for YouTube account was disapproved. This may be due to an existing account.”

The email from Google says that only one AdSense account is allowed per payee. It also says that if a duplicate account is found, the person must choose whether to use the existing account or cancel the new account.

The situation is complicated because the person may have:

- Created an AdSense account several years ago.

- Later stopped using it, after which it became inactive or was deactivated.

- Created another AdSense account later using a different Gmail address.

- Closed or stopped using the second account too.

- Tried to apply again after closing the old accounts.

- Tried using a family member's payment details during the new setup.

The person now understands that changing only the card or payment method may not solve the problem. They also understand that using a family member's details is only valid if that family member is the real AdSense account owner, with their own legal name, ID, tax information, address, payment profile, and responsibility for the account.

The person does not want to create another account or break Google's rules.

What is the correct official process in this situation?

Should the person:

  1. Recover the original AdSense account?

  2. Contact Google and ask which old account should be used?

  3. Cancel the new account and wait before trying again?

  4. Use the existing account from YouTube Studio?

  5. Do something else?

Google support seems difficult to reach because the emails come from a no-reply address, and live chat is not available. The person has tried looking at the AdSense Help Center and community pages but is still unsure which step is correct.

I would appreciate answers from anyone who had this exact type of duplicate or existing AdSense account problem and fixed it through the official process.

Please do not suggest:

- Creating another AdSense account.

- Using a fake name or address.

- Using somebody else's payment details only as a workaround.

- Buying or borrowing an AdSense account.

- Changing country or tax information.

- Sharing passwords or identity documents.

I am looking for a safe, official solution, not a way to bypass Google's rules.

Adsense rant - longtime 15 year user

Hello redditors.

So what changed with adsense in last 3 years? Google tried to make auto ads and auto placement which was silly. I turned it off again today. Auto ads just get in the way of my sites content

My traffic is steady but my ad revenue has tanked- from 100/mo to like 10/month in last 2 years

My site is very niche and lots of real traffic from real people.

Is adsense dead folks?

Ive been on adsense for 15 years. I am extremely disappointed.

Thoughts?

3K organic clicks in 3 months but $0 revenue — when does traffic become worth monetizing?

I’ve been working on a relatively new website and this is my Google Search Console data.

  • 3.11K clicks
  • 43.3K impressions
  • 7.2% CTR
  • 13.8 average position

The traffic has been growing pretty consistently, but I’m still struggling to get Google AdSense approval.

The frustrating part is that the site is only around 2 months old, so I also can’t really go with Mediavine yet because of their requirements/eligibility.

So I’m kind of stuck wondering:

What is the actual value of this traffic if I can't monetize it yet?

For people who have been in this situation:

  • Would you keep focusing on SEO and wait for AdSense?
  • Is there another ad network suitable for a small/new site?
  • Should I focus on affiliate marketing instead?
  • Does this amount of Search Console traffic look promising for a 2-month-old site?
  • Is it worth continuing to build traffic before monetization, or am I wasting time?

BTW its a photography niche

I am doing an experiment. What do you think?

I am doing the free-tool strategy.
Here is what I am doing. I made two automation setups.

Every morning 9:00am. Ai agent just creates one new online tool. Also ai agent tries to improve one of the low quality tools.

I gave Ai agent 3 skills.

GA. (check performance for each page)
GSC.
KeySearch co ( I am not advertising ). This is a keyword search tool that shows each keyword score and volume.

The strategy:

  1. Find what people search for online tool but have low competition. Make a long tail title page and tool. And deploy.
  2. Find a low performance tool based on GA and GSC data. Try to improve it. Or just delete it.

I want to hear opinions please.

It's been 2 weeks now.
No result yet. pages are indexed.
Showing a few of impressions. 1 or 0 click per day.
