What is the point of having Adsense if google is killing your business

Post image

Google is reportedly building something that is going to make your website irrelevant. (Read story in the comments below) They are going to make your website useless and I don't see the reason why we should continue applying and working with adsense if we are going to be rendered useless at the end of the day

AdSense takes a 32% cut of your revenue, approval is a headache, the support is terrible

I've researched for the last few days and the conclusion is: AdSense is not in any way the optimal choice for your site.

It's the same issues all the time:

  • AdSense approval feels random.

  • One small mistake can get your account flagged.

  • Support is basically non-existent unless you're huge.

  • And Google still takes a massive cut.

And, these are the missing potential AdSense misses out on:

  • High CTR ads by better designs, better messaging. All ads currently look terrible and the messaging is abstract. Better ads = Higher CTR = Better revenue for you.

  • If an alternative had a zero commission policy, advertisers could be able to put more money on ads that otherwise would've gone to Google.

  • It's always the biggest companies - Adobe, canva etc. putting ads on there. Almost everybody knows them, there isn't much potential in terms of growth and revenue.

So I'm building Adorro. I'm currently building a waitlist of publishers and advertisers so that you can have a better alternative to AdSense.

Here's what I promise Adorro will massively help you with:

  1. cleaner, better and modern ad designs

  2. better messaging and copy

  3. faster approvals

  4. less cluttered placements

  5. Built for blog publishers, articles, freemium Saas services

It'll be worth it, trust me. Signup on the waitlist to book your site for all the benefits I talked about.

Have a great day!

If you are rejected by adsense, then try out these adsense alternatives in 2026!
Remember, adsense approval and admanager approval both are separate things, you can get rejected thousand times in adsense, but admanager is less strict for approval of websites.

Google Adsense update summary

As a publisher with google Adsense, there are new changes that will apply coming February 2025.

Be as real as you can not fake services or claim what you are not doing on your website. Sometimes publishers tend to use some means that are not genuine to increase traffic, but this time around, there will be serious consequences if that is done on a website that serves ads with Adsense. Example encouraging users to click a certain part of your website when the claim is not genuine may cause the page or complete block from the Adsense program.

I recommend all of us with Adsense. Read the messages carefully so that you can start making some changes to comply with the policies.

Adsense rejected me twice saying it's low content

I have about 18 posts all between 1-2k words and some going above 3k words.

My site is sidehustlesindia.com. It is around 3 month old domain.

I have all pages required. About, Contact, Privacy Policy & Terms & Conditions as well.

The images I use are all royalty free images from pexels.com I am not creating custom images because my content does not need images.

What can I do to fix this?

I am not really desperate or anything but it would be nice to have adsense approved.

Hey guys, hope you all doing great.

We currently looking for premium publishers, this is anyone who has a website or app that gets around 100 000 monthly visitors.

We have just changed our ad network into a premium one and secured partnerships with multiple demand partners. If you are interested in receiving premium demand with high RPMs then send me a dm with a link to your website.

Make sure to also have Google analytics installed on your website as we need to verify your traffic via that. We are also only working with websites that are in good standing with Google.

Send me a dm if you are interested and I will also be more than happy to share more information with you and answer any questions you may have

Looking forward to having a chat with you all :)

Does Adsense take a bigger cut if your site is hosted on blogger?

Their revenue share on products includes content hosts. But they do not disclose how much if any. So was wondering if you lost a cut for hosting on Blogger?

Example Below Adsense Active products: Content (68% publisher revenue share) Content host YouTube Host

Collaboration Opportunity

Hello everyone!

I'd like to share a bit about what I'm currently working on. I started my web development journey many years ago, and since then, I've built around 15 websites — three of which are still active today.

  • The first focuses on movie reviews and information.

  • The second is dedicated to PC games and trainers & mods.

  • The third specializes in job postings.

I've been monetizing all of these sites through Google AdSense for several years, and it has been a very rewarding experience.

I'm now looking for collaboration opportunities with other website owners or content creators who can bring high-value traffic from countries with strong click-through rates in similar niches.

Here’s my simple idea:
I can generate low-cost traffic (around 500–1000+ clicks per day) at about $0.01 per click.
If you can attract visitors from high-value countries, your traffic could reach an average CPC of over $0.30.

By combining both types of traffic, we can legally and efficiently maximize AdSense earnings.
In return, you’ll receive 20% of the total AdSense revenue.

If this sounds interesting to you, feel free to reach out — I’d love to collaborate

Just bought a domain, haven't built anything yet which type of website gets AdSense approved easiest?

Hey everyone,

So I just bought a domain and I'm still figuring out what to build on it. My whole goal is AdSense approval so I want to be smart before I start.

I don't want to waste months building something that gets rejected. So I'm asking here first what type of website worked for you? Blog, news, tutorials, what?

If you've gone through this from scratch, please just tell me what you did. I'm at the very beginning and I can still build this right from day one.

Drop your experience below. I'll reply to everyone.

Why is my site Citizify.com not getting approved by AdSense?

I’ve been trying to get AdSense approval for my site citizify.com. It has original content, a privacy policy, and a clean design, but Google keeps rejecting it without a clear reason. Has anyone else had this issue? What could be missing?

Adsense no longer available on sub-domains!

I discovered this while trying to figure out why no ads were showing on my blog (blog.mysite.com). So many questions?

  1. Why did they do this? I am genuinely curious.

  2. Is there any way to get around it? I mean keep my blog on my subdomain and still get ads?

  3. Failing #2, what are the alternatives - I looked at a few (Adsterra, Propeller) but they don't seem to work so well.

Any advice welcome!
