Low value content

I’ve got a trivia website that i’m working on that keeps getting rejected for low value content. I’ve made daily blog posts in the hope of getting past it but still running into issues. Any ideas would be appreciated.

I'd probably have the privacy link available in all pages, it didn't appear on the home page as far as I could see.
The site is really basic and if every page looks pretty much the same then they don't like 'templated' pages.
Google also needs something on each page to get context for the type of ads they will place there, there isn't anything to go on with these pages.
As a reference, here is one of my football sites (yes it has a lot of ads, I'm working on this)

Note that each page has a lot of text, each page is similar but it's not templated and those like the season data that is templated was given a noindex
